Pros:

It was very easy to reach to from the airport, and a good location for reaching the centre of Mestre and Venice. The staff were very friendly, giving us an excellent recommendation for dinner as well!

Cons:

The room was very hot and we couldn't control the ac or manage to open the shutters to open the windows properly.

Pros:

Me encantó, la limpieza y las vistas de la terraza. Teníamos enfrente un muelle deportivo con sus yates.
La cercanía al aeropuerto 20m y a Venecia 20m.

Cons:

Lejos el supermercado y los restaurantes hay que caminar bastante o coger el tranvía.

Brilliant base to explore Venice and the trains to go further into Italy as we went onto Verona
Pros:

It was so convenient, the staff were really cheerful and helpful and made it easy for us to know what to do and how to get around. It was easy to get into Venice by tram and it was in a surprisingly quiet location.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard for my taste is all.

Du très bon et du moins bon
Pros:

Les propriétaires parlent très bien le français et rendent volontiers service. Ainsi, le jour de notre départ, ils ont accepté de garder nos affaires une bonne partie de la journée afin que nous puissions profiter encore un peu de Venise.

Cons:

Nous avons eu droit à des voisins particulièrement bruyants et j'ai dû leur demander de faire moins de bruit.

Pros:

Staff super disponibile, gentile e pronti ad accogliere ogni rischiesta . Sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto , una nota di merito anche alla vasta scelta di prodotti per la colazione senza glutine ,nonostante ho comunicato la mia intolleranza poche ore prima del mio arrivo loro sono stati in grado di accontentarmi . Consiglio vivamente la struttura .
