Pros:

Hotel molto curato, con camere pulite, staff sempre pronto a fornire supporto e ottima colazione. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo, considerando i prezzi tipici degli hotel a Venezia. L'hotel si trova a 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Mestre e dal piazzale in cui sono presenti le fermate di numerose linee di autobus, quindi è semplice spostarsi verso varie destinazioni.

Great stay with wonderful staff and convenience to Venice and a nearby piazza.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, courteous and very, very helpful. Getting the local bus into Venice was extremely easy. It was only about a 20 minute walk to the piazza which was great.

Cons:

I was traveling with friends and my spouse so I felt safe in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel at night however, if I was by myself or with only another female, I may have felt a little uneasy in the neighborhood at night.

Gran relación Calidad precio.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno es variado y todo esta muy rico, la habitación y el baño tenían buen tamaño, el personal fue muy amable, la habitación estaba limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien teniendo en cuenta que esos días hacía mucho calor, la verdad tiene una gran relación calidad precio.

Cons:

Había zancudos (mosquitos) en la habitación, nos picaron varias veces, otra cosa y esto el alojamiento no tiene culpa alguna, pero en la calle principal para llegar al hotel y calles cercanas al hotel, hay algunos indigentes y personas bajo estado de sustancias, nunca nos paso nada ni nos hicieron nada, pero, es importante decirlo por si es algo que sea importante para hospedarte en esa zona.
