Pros:

Super obiekt, bardzo blisko stacji metra, żeby dostać sie do Wenecji. Obsługa hotelu bardzo uprzejma, w pokoju było czysto i cicho, wygodne łóżka i łazienka :)

Good value if u want to spend money on food and tours rather than hotels
Pros:

The location is very close to Mestre train station. (5 min.) That was the reason we booked it. Also, it was MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than hotels in Venice proper.

Cons:

There was no elevator so we had to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs. The bed was pretty hard and the shower very small. BUT...we weren't planning to spend time in the hotel so it was okay. Being off the island means you add commute time of 45 minutes to an hour getting to and from the hotel to Venice. But again, that comes with saving $100's in hotel cost.

I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again given the chance to visit the area again
Pros:

The hotel structure is an old building that was adaptively reused. It’s in a neighborhood close to Venice. The price of the hotel was cheaper compared to staying in Venice. Plus the hotel was close to the train station, bus stops and other restaurants.

Stayed only one night and it was OK.
Pros:

Spacious room with 4 beds....OK for family with 2 children.
Free parking for maybe 5 or 6 cars. Very close to Train station and public parking garage. (about 3 euro Hourly paid parking)

Cons:

It is not a fancy hotel but good for few nights and reasonable price.

Pros:

La amabilidad de los recepcionistas y la proximidad con la estación de tren

Cons:

La hora de cierre/toque de queda de la puerta. La puerta no se podía bloquear desde dentro de la habitación.
