A lovely stay in Bolzano, very friendly staff.

the pool is outstanding and also - perfect location

Cons:

the AC in the room was too small to really cool the whole room. in a middle of a heatwave in europe we could do better. also - the curtains didnt really block the sun, so we had way too early wakeups unfortunatelly

Pros:

Lo staff è gentilissimo;
il mio cagnolino è la mia bimba sono stati molto benvenuti in tutte le aree dell’hotel;
La colazione, ristorante, bar e piscina sono meravigliosi.

Cons:

L’aria condizionata nella stanza era puntato direttamente sul letto, quindi l'aria ci arrivava dritta addosso. Non potevamo direzionarlo. C’era anche un rumore troppo alto. Quindi è stato un po faticoso dormire e l’abbiamo spenta, però non è molto confortevole dormire nel caldo.

Vicino al centro ma datato.
Pros:

Note positive: il ristorante all’interno dell’hotel, la posizione assolutamente a 2 passi dal centro e la disponibilità del personale, gentilissimi tutti.

Cons:

È una struttura molto vecchia, alcune cose sono ristrutturate altre no, le porte sono terribili se non le chiudi a chiave si aprono da sole compresa quella di ingresso della camera, non ci sono le prese per caricare il telefono vicino al letto, corridoio del piano delle camere vecchissimo e per quanto mi riguarda inquietante con poca luce. Peccato. Bisogna ristrutturare assolutamente!

Pros:

- location, right in town and walkable to everything
- pool! Such a bonus when it was so hot
- nice facilities and communal area

Cons:

- not enough loungers by the pool, although they did tend to turn over quickly
- some rooms are more open than others - we had two doubles, one of them has a shower completely open to the rest of the room which wasnt ideal as we were friends sharing
