Cons:

We booked Mondschein already last winter. One of the main reasons was the heated outdoor pool, which is advertised as open from March to October at 30°C. We even waited until March to plan the trip, as the pool was really something we were looking forward to. We wanted to relax and spend our time on the hotel grounds, enjoying everything.

But when we arrived on March 6, the pool was closed and we were told it would not open until about a week later. We had not been informed in advance, and if we had known, we would have simply postponed our stay (wouldn’t have been a problem for us).

The reception staff could not offer any solution and only referred us to other pools in the city, also with additional costs. For a hotel in this price range, we expected at least a small gesture, even if it was just a discount for a future visit.

We understand that maintenance is sometimes necessary. However, we had booked and paid for a key feature that was unavailable. Overall, a really nice place, but this experience was frustrating. (I also contacted Booking.com customer service afterward, but the hotel refused to offer any solution or explanation.)

Pros:

Wie immer eine Freude hier sein zu dürfen. Die vielen kahlen Wände im Haus allerdings würden eine noch angenehmere. Atmosphäre schaffen, wären sie mit Kunstwerken bestückt

Kleine Oase mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage in der Altstadt und bietet mit dem Park aber eine richtig schöne Oase der Ruhe. Der Yogaraum und das Angebot waren toll, genauso wie die Sauna. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, modern eingerichtet, das ganze Hotel hat ein super tolles Design. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Personal an der Bar war super nett.

Cons:

Leider konnte man uns an der Rezeption nicht so richtig weiterhelfen bei diversen Fragen, wir haben uns dann aber am Ende selbst zurecht gefunden.

Cosy, stylish vibes just around the corner from the historic centre
Pros:

This hotel had a really lovely atmosphere. I arrived in the evening and the lobby and bar were so inviting and felt wonderfully designed. The room and bed was very comfortable with stylish features (the phone!). Kettle and fridge as requested. I didn't have the breakfast and I missed the sauna (only available after 2pm).

Cons:

Not much, I was there in the off season so some things in the hotel were closed/unavailable. The bar could have had more substantial food offers.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è impagabile . La struttura è dotata di un bellissimo giardino e di una zona bar molto elegante e vivace nelle ore serali.
Molto comodo il garage pubblico adiacente all'hotel

Cons:

Le stanze un pochino minimaliste, comunque confortevoli.
