Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Great hotel. simple and pleasant room. Excellent bartnders and fun environment in the bar at night. Professional staff and central location. Easy walk to train station.

Pros:

All was good.

Cons:

Had Park Garage issue but was resolved. Reason I select great hotels is for security of my Harley Davidson Motorcycle. My association is Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association and we each take one parking spot, so each gets their own ticket. My HD cost over 50K.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden, aber auch, um Ausflüge ins Umland zu unternehmen. Denn der Bahnhof liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Ich habe einmal im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen, das war sehr lecker. Super finde ich auch, dass man Yoga-Stunden buchen kann. Das hat extrem gut getan!
Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

not the expected experience
Pros:

We were placed in a room outside the main building, with access directly from the public parking area. Honestly, this was a very different experience from what we expected based on the photos shown on your website.

Unfortunately, our experience would have been very different if we had been informed in advance. Had we known that our room was located in a separate annex with access from a publicly accessible parking lot, we would not have accepted the accommodation.

If you accommodate guests in an annex that is less convenient and only accessible through a public parking area, you should not charge the same rate as for the rooms in the main building.

Wonderful hotel, a bit more focus on guest experience would have been appreciated

Pool area and interiors amazing!

Cons:

Asked two nights in a row for extra blanket and pillows- never got them or a response. No way to contact reception form room. Never offered eggs or coffee one morning at breakfast- apparently they were “really busy”.
