Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral! Sehr schönes und gemütliches Gartenrestaurant!
Kleiner Pool im Park mit Bistro! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Leider sind im benachbarten Parkhaus keine Motorräder erlaubt! Und in der Seitengasse vor dem Hotel sind die wenigen Motoparkplätze rar!

Schönes Hotel mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Parkhotel liegt natürlich traumhaft, die Bilder sprechen für sich. Die Parkmöglichkeit unschlagbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption was ausnehmend freundlich.

Cons:

Das kleine Doppelzimmer war wirklich für den Preis sehr klein. 1,40 Meter Bett an der Wand stehend. Eine Steckdose am Bett. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.
Das Frühstück wurde mehrfach kritisiert in den Rezensionen. Ich verstehe weshalb: Um 9:30 waren fast alle Tische voller benutztem Geschirr, das Abräumen dauerte zu lang. Ebenso die Kaffee/Rühreibestellung. Davon war ich etwas enttäuscht von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie, zumal es etwas ist, das sich einfach verbessern ließe. Dafür ist der Preis des Frühstücks zu hoch.

Ästhetisches Ambiente auf Schritt und Tritt, wunderschöner beheizter Pool, sehr aufmerksames Personal im Bar-Bereich

Cons:

Frühstück à la carte funktionierte leider überhaupt nicht. Eier kamen falsch, Kaffee und Saft zunächst gar nicht und mussten erneut bestellt werden und kamen dann am Ende des Frühstücks, ohne dass jemand den Fehler eingestanden hätte. Diese Erfahrung, die offenbar auch andere Gäste teilen, passt leider nicht zum eher gehobenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

kort en krachtig en Bolzano een keer gezien
Pros:

locatie is super, middenin de stad en de parkeergarage te bereiken vanuit het hotel. Mijn kamer lig boven de ingang van de parkeergarage. En het bed tegen 1 kant tegen de muur/ Goed daar was de prijs dan ook naar. Terwijl ik voor de zelfde prijs in andere hotels deze reis het veel beter was

Cons:

Het is een oud hotel en ze doen hun best om het up to date te houden. Ik ben er eigenlijk ook niet veel geweest. Diner en ontbijt elders gedaan

Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!
Pros:

die Gestaltung , das Design äußert geschmackvoll

Cons:

Restaurantpreise zu hoch für die dargebotene Qualität.
Dem Hotel fehlt die Seele.
Kaffee zum Frühstück war kalt. Bei diesem Frühstückspreis würde ich mir einen Obstsalat wünschen.
Das Personal müsste freundlicher zu den Gästen sein, wirkt desinteressiert.
