Exceptional stay
Pros:

The views from the balcony was spectacular! The dinner was delicious and valuable, the live concert was out of expectation! The breakfast also a lot of choices. The hosts and staff were nice.

Perfecto, muy amables, vistas de habitación maravillosas.
Pros:

El personal super amable, muy sonrientes y familiares. La habitación estupenda con un balcón con vistas al Sciliar. La comida normal pero adecuada al precio. La ubicación maravillosa, cerca de la telesilla, el funicular, etc, el recibimiento por parte del dueño perfecto con un bebé precioso.

Aucune sympathie du perosnnel
Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le personnel n’était vraiment pas sympathique (sauf un monsieur à mon arrivée)
Je ne me suis pas du tout sentie bien accueillie avec mon chien…
Trop de monde au petit déjeuner et pas assez de table mais aucune solution de trouvée, ils ne voulaient pas défaire les tables préparée pour le soir.
Il s’agit peut être d’un hôtel 3 étoiles mais la sympathie du personnel à la réception ne devrait pas être une option.
Dans un hôtel dog friendly, il conviendrait d’engager du personnel qui aime les animaux ou qui en tout cas les tolère.
