Frühstück- und Abendbuffet vielseitig und abwechselnd, man hat immer den gleichen Tisch, Pool angenehm temperiert, 2 Whirlpools, Sauna auch schön, Auslegemappen mit vielen Tips für Wanderungen und Radtouren, täglich aktuelle Ausflugstipps, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Betten bzw. Matratzen relativ weich.

Personal war wirklich sehr gut, Freundlichkeit, Gegend,

Cons:

Das ist meine 1. Negativbewertung in 36 Jahren Urlaub mit meiner Frau. Während des Urlaubs wurde ein Teil des Hotels abgerissen. Staub, Dreck, Lärm inklusive.
2 Wochen lang täglich buntes Gemüse aus dem Wok.
Ein bekanntes Problem mit einem zusammengeschustertem Bett, was bei jeder Bewegung alle Anwesende durch lautes Quietschen aufweckte.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Bamboo
Pros:

Größe des Zimmers, des Balkons und des Bades waren toll, Frühstück war sehr gut ☺️👍. Sauberkeit war einwandfrei. Aussicht sehr schön und ruhig. Das Bambusthema wird in allen Bereichen schön umgesetzt.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen gibt es noch viel Luft nach oben. Leider kommt es nicht an das Frühstück heran. Langfloriger Teppichboden im Zimmer ist nicht jedermanns Sache, machte aber einen gepflegten Eindruck.

Das Personal, das Bad und der Spabereich und das Zimmer waren super, das Essen war gut und die Betten waren zu weich für uns Erwachsene.

Das Hallenbad, der Spa Bereich, das Zimmer und vor allem das Bett und das Bettzeug waren extrem schön. Werde noch persönlich fragen welche Decke sie haben. 100 Punkte

Die Essenssituation war manchmal wirklich unangenehm.
20 Minuten vor Frühstücksende wurde schon abgeräumt. Habe gefragt ob ich noch ein Rührei bekomme. Als Antwort bekam ich , dass die Dame, die gearbeitet hat alleine ist. Danach wurde die arme Mitarbeiterin vom Chef im Speiseraum konfrontiert.
Sie musste mir dann noch ein Rührei machen, das mir dann nicht mehr schmeckte.
Meine Bitte...nicht vor den Gästen das eh schon zu knappe Personal in den Senkel stellen🙏

Sehr nettes freundliches Personal
Zimmer war sehr schön
Frühstück war lecker. Es gab praktisch alles am Büffet.
Auch beim Abendessen gab es immer eine sehr gute Auswahl.
Es gab auch einen Pool, welchen wir aber nicht mutzten.
Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Bahnhof.
Es ist nicht weit nach Meran oder zum Stielfser Jochpass.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Süd Tirol
Pros:

Zimmer mit 30m2. Bamboo ist hier Programm. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Mit Wellnessbereich und beheizten Hallenbad 30 Grad. Super Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl. Das Abendessen war richtig gut. Der Koch hat Fleisch, Fisch oder Pasta in der Mitte des Restaurants frisch zubereitet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bahnhof fast vor der Tür.
