Noch nie ein so freundliches und aufmerksames Personal erlebt. Ich hatte Geburtstag und das Hotel hat ungefragt den besten Tisch reserviert und zwei Prosecco offeriert. Die Küche am Abend war sehr kreativ und eine einzige Gaumenfreude. Den besten Amaretto Sour ever in sehr gemütlicher Lounge. Überhaupt ein tolles Raumkonzept im Lounge- und Essbereich.Toller Infinity Pool mit Aussicht auf die Berge.

Cons:

Der einzige Mangel war, dass im Ruhebereich des Spas die Leselichter nicht funktionierten. Ich hab's am ersten Tag gemeldet, aber leider gingen sie auch am 2. Tag nicht. Das Holz der Saunen scheint nicht richtig ausgewählt: statt Holzbohlen wurden Spahnplatten für Wände und Decke verwendet.

Ottimo hotel per rilassarsi tra le montagne
Pros:

La struttura è nuova, ben curata e in un'ottima posizione sia per visitare i paesini circostanti sia per andare sulle piste. La colazione è molto ricca e gustosa. Anche i piatti del ristorante sono molto buoni (cantina di vini ben fornita). I cocktail del bar sono fantastici e lo staff è davvero gentile. Le camere sono confortevoli e spaziose, soprattutto silenziose. Il riscaldamento è perfetto, la camera è sempre accogliente al rientro.

Cons:

Anche se è la vibe dell'hotel, l'ho trovato molto buio. Nelle camere specialmente potrebbero esserci più luci, specie verso l'armadio e i vari armadietti perché dentro non si vede niente. La spa è rilassante, la piscina esterna riscaldata con vista una vera chicca ma manca una piscina interna purtroppo.

Camere comode, grandi e spaziose
Ristorante alla carta molto buono (forse un po' poca scelta), colazione a buffet ottima, cena take away portata in camera buona e abbondante.

Cons:

La spa è un po' piccola, con piscina interna/esterna riscaldata (forse qualche grado in più dell'acqua con il freddo eccessivo del momento del nostro soggiorno) e 2 saune.

Accoglienza perfetta, con la dovuta elasticità per gli orari di check in e check out. Cortesia e gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale.
Eccellente la colazione e ad anche il ristorante.
La camera adeguata alle nostre aspettative, così pure la l'area spa.
Un posto accogliente dove ti fa piacere starci e tornarci.
