Ein wunderschönes, modernes Hotel in toller Lage mitten in der Natur
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Seilbahn war ganz in der Nähe, rundherum gab es wunderschöne Natur und auch die Busverbindungen waren sehr gut.
Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer mit Terrasse war sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir die Terrasse aufgrund des Wetters nicht so häufig nutzen.
Auch die Cocktails waren sehr lecker und die Pools auf dem Dach waren ein echtes Highlight der Hotelanlage. Leider konnten wir diese wetterbedingt ebenfalls nicht nutzen. Insgesamt ist es aber eine wirklich schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage, in der man sich wohlfühlen kann.

Cons:

Was uns etwas gestört hat, war das Fenster zwischen dem Schlafbereich und dem Badezimmer. Dadurch konnte man vom Zimmer aus direkt in den Badezimmerbereich schauen, sogar auf die Toilette. Je nachdem, mit wem man verreist, ist das nicht unbedingt angenehm, da man sich im Badezimmer doch etwas Privatsphäre wünscht.
Ein Vorhang oder eine andere Möglichkeit, das Fenster bei Bedarf abzudecken, wäre hier wirklich sinnvoll gewesen.
Außerdem hätten die Lichtverhältnisse im Zimmer etwas besser sein können, da es teilweise recht dunkel war.

La struttura veramente bellissima! Ristorante/bar veramente bellissimo

Cons:

La piscina non calda l’acqua era troppo fredda e mancherebbe una piscina al coperto per completare la struttura perché per il resto è top per tutto.
Noi abbiamo preso uno chalet lo farei pagare meno capisco la bellezza e l’esclusività ma è troppo alto.
E la cucina chiude troppo presto perché noi abbiamo prenotato un tavolo alle 20 il servizio è stato ottimo forse un filo lungo ma alla conclusione della cena abbiamo ordinato il dolce alla carta alle 21.45 ma ci è stato detto che la cucina era chiusa.

Wir durften hier 4 tolle Tage im Südtirol verbringen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Das Restaurant sehr schön mit feinem Essen.
Die Bar hat uns auch super gefallen.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, ein toller Wellnessbereich und tolles Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Toller Barbereich mit tollen Drinks.

Cons:

Die Temperaturen in den Zimmern für unseren Geschmack etwas zu warm zum Schlafen. Wir mussten ständig das Fenster geöffnet haben obwohl man das nicht sollte aufgrund der Bauweise. Es gab keinen Sekt zum Frühstück was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Haus eigentlich schon erwarte. Leider war das Restaurant dauerhaft geschlossen worauf wir uns bereits gefreut hatten. Kleinere Baumängel welche leicht behoben werden könnten aber immer wieder ins Auge stechen. Bsp. Fliesenschäden, Risse in den Silikonfugen etc.

Cons:

Der Cappuccino aus dem Automaten ist schlecht. So etwas sollte es in Italien nicht geben. Man merkt, dass gespart wird. Den Cappuccio haben wir dann von der Bar gekauft.
