Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni all' "Hotel Mondschein" di Vipiteno e riscontrato alcuni punti alquanto insoddisfacenti:
Al check-in siamo stati accolti da un signore maleducato che non ci ha fornito nemmeno le indicazioni base, sia per la camera che per il parcheggio dove per qualche ora abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'auto fra casse di bottiglie di birra e motori parcheggiati in modo inadeguato.
Al contrario di questa persona, non adatta a ricevere ospiti, abbiamo conosciuto una signora (forse sua moglie) che si è rivelata gentile e disponibilissima a indicarci un loro parcheggio adiacente sotterraneo, fornito di codice.
L'hotel si è rivelato inoltre mon adatto a ricevere gite e viaggi di gruppo, perché disorganizzato nella gestione dei punti di ristoro, mettendo a disagio singoli e coppie di clienti i quali, spesso, hanno avuto enormi difficoltà a trovare tavoli e cibo al buffet.
Bene le camere invece, pulite e con inservienti gentili che fornivano quotidianamente biancheria pulita da bagno e pulivano perfettamente la camera.
Strategica e comoda la posizione dell' hotel rispetto al centro di Vipiteno, peccato che questi inconvenienti abbiamo lasciato dei dubbi su un'eventuale ulteriore vacanza in questo hotel.
Non lo consiglieri, considerando che Vipiteno offre una vasta gamma di scelta di hotel.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt o.k.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nur wenige Schritte zum Zentrum.
Das Frühstück ist Durchschnitt / Standard.
Wir waren im Nebenhaus untergebracht, die Zimmer sind geräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet.
Zum Hauptgebäude (Hotel) mussten wir ein paar Schritte im Freien gehen.
Tiefgaragenstellplätze vorhanden, kosten aber extra.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte gerne etwas mehr Auswahl vertragen.
Wir waren zu Zweit in einem Zimmer mit 4 Betten und einer Küche, das war soweit o.k.
Aber für eine 4 Personenbelegung ist das Zimmer zu klein und es ist zuwenig Stauraum für Gepäck, Kleidung vorhanden.
Die begehbare Dusche ist o.k. aber die Steinplatten / Duschboden wird beim Duschen spiegelglatt, hohe Rutschgefahr !
