Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Preise waren zu hoch und das Essen beim Frühstück hätte teilweise gekühlt werden sollen bei den hohen Temperaturen draussen.
Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig.

Compassion costs nothing
Pros:

Our experience with this hotel has been incredibly disappointing.

We were due to check in on the day my best friend’s father sadly passed.

We understood that our booking was non-refundable, but we hoped the hotel would show some compassion by considering a refund, partial refund or even a credit towards a future stay. Every request was refused.

What upset me most was not the financial loss, but the complete lack of empathy. I also emailed the hotel directly asking for the decision to be reviewed by management and never even received a response.

Policies are important, but compassion matters too. I sincerely hope no one else experiences such a lack of compassion during one of the most difficult times of their life.

Horrible management
Pros:

My father unexpectedly passed away the morning I was suppose to travel and check in to the hotel. Management “in Paris” showed absolutely zero empathy or sympathy to my situation and refused any sort of refund or credit note. It contributed massive stress to an already stressful and sad time. I am at a loss at how we could be treated so callously. They also haven’t even bothered to respond to an email.

top qualité, top personnel
Pros:

cuisine de haute qualité, avec du choix. un petit déjeuner digne des grands hotels. La piscine est spacieuse et propre.
Les chambres sont très bien mais mériteraient un petit coup de rénovation.

On reviendra...une troisième fois! Sans oublié la Bastide d'Antoine qui est exceptionnelle
Pros:

Jardin exceptionnel avec ses piscines. Très belle chambre de luxe.
L'hôtel, dans un environnement sécurisé, est très bien situé dans le golfe de St.Tropez.
De part l'attention et l'amabilité de chaque collaborateur, nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés. Merci à tous.
Et les cocktails...c'est mortel!

Pas pour nous
Pros:

Parking à disposition très pratique.
On n’a pas eu envie de tester la restauration ni les petits déjeuners compte tenu de notre déception dès notre arrivée et la première nuit …

Cons:

Accueil politiquement correct mais fade.
Décoration surprenante avec une multitude de peluches dans tous les espaces de vie et on imagine tous les allergènes et poussières qui s’accumulent…
Dans la chambre, lit très inconfortable avec un matelas totalement HS, absence de mouchoirs en papier, bloc extérieur de climatisation sur la terrasse qui souffle de l’air très chaud sur les fauteuils et la zone de repos.
Désintéressement total du personnel vis a vis du bien être du client malgré notre remarque sur la mauvaise literie, pas de solution proposée et pas de geste commercial.
Séjour de 3 jours très décevant ! On ne comprend pas la note de booking qui nous oriente habituellement correctement.
