Lage unmittelbar am See. Unbedingt Seeblick- Zimmer buchen.
Pool war auch gut, auf der Liegeterasse extrem schönen Blick über den ganzen See.
Ort fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Restaurant war auch fein, Essen gut, Blick über den See. Es kamen auch viele Einheimische vorbei, weil die Lage mit Blick über den See 1A.

Cons:

Ausstattung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Zimmer waren aber renoviert.

Great location by the beach and close to the ferryboat station. Rhe hotel has an amazing view from the breakfast area and delicious and varied breakfast options.
I enjoyed the blackout blinds in my room and how quiet it was despite having a room overlooking the street.
Staff were all friendly and patient with me while I was trying to speak in broken italian, I really appreciated they didn't immediately switch to English and instead they helped me with words when I was struggling.

Cons:

The mattress felt a bit tired and hard but I managed to sleep ok.

Excelent pentru delegații! Vedere superbă la Lacul Garda și servicii impecabile
Pros:

Hotelul este amplasat chiar pe malul lacului, oferind o panoramă spectaculoasă. Este la doar câteva minute de mers pe jos de centrul istoric și de stația de tren, fiind extrem de accesibil, dar ferit de zgomotul nocturn al barurilor.

Cons:

Un mic dejun mai difersificat.

La posizione era eccellente, le camere sono grandi e belle spaziose, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, check-in e check out velocissimo, la colazione era soddisfacente. La vicinanza al lago penso sia il suo forte!

Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar und von der Unterkunft aus kann man gut zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen

Cons:

The main reason for my disappointment was the air conditioning in the room, which did not work at all.

I reported the issue to the staff, and although I was told that the air conditioning had been turned on, it still did not function properly. As a result, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout my stay.

This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that proper air conditioning is a basic and essential facility that guests expect when booking a hotel room. I believe this issue significantly affected the quality of my stay and does not meet the standard of service I expected.

Pros:

The view is amazing, located right on the edge of Lake Garda .... great location just outside the main part and port of Desenzano,..... we loved Desenzano......better option than staying in the more busy Sirmione. Reception and bar staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Contact by email with the hotel between booking and date of arrival was excellent, very helpful and prompt replies. Room size was really good ( we did get a free upgrade to a lake view room). Tea and coffee-making facilities, and the fridge, were very welcome (don't always get those in Italy).

If (when) visiting again we would request/want to book a room on a higher floor with a balcony to fully appreciate the view and location.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like - a really comfortable stay (2 nights)

It was an easy walk in to the town and great position to catch the ferry boat. Quieter location than in the centre, with lovely views over the lake.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The breakfast had enough choice.
Great little restaurant/bar. The food was fresh, tasty and hot 😋
