Pros:

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres pour 8 Personnes hôtel propre, super accueillant rien à dire, le personnel est attentionné et respectueux, vous y trouver tout dedans dans le calme total.

Cons:

Le parking payant dommage rien n’est dit à ce sujet 20€ la nuitée 😌 , et la localisation non pas pour ça proximité du centre ville très bien, mais pour le quartier sinon rien à signaler.

Modern hotel, rough area
Pros:

The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself feels modern and recently renovated. For a one-night stay it was perfectly fine. I also appreciated the Italian lady at the reception, who was very respectful and welcoming.

Cons:

The neighbourhood felt quite rough, especially at night. Considering the location, I also found the price a bit too high for what you get.

Pros:

Staff are nice and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Breakfast has limited options but they serve freshly made waffles which we loved. The neighborhood is a bit rundown but the location is only a 10-15minute walk to the city centre.

The room did not have a fridge. There were spider webs outside the windows so we couldn't keep the window open for fresh air.

The breakfast was okay not much variety. And location is very good. Quite near to grand palace. An 10/12min cab journey.

My experience at Hotel Van Belle was very disappointing due to unprofessional and rude behavior from a staff member her name is Loula.

I had arranged and paid €25 (with receipt) to extend my check-out time from 11am to 3pm, which was clearly agreed upon. However, when I returned to the hotel at 2:21pm, I was stopped by this staff member and told to leave my room immediately, along with cleaning staff present. This completely contradicted what had been agreed and paid for.
The way this situation was handled felt disrespectful and poorly managed. On top of that, this same staff member was rude throughout the day on Sunday, which made the experience even worse.
If a hotel offers paid late check-out, they should honor it and ensure their staff communicate consistently. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not return.
