Pros:

L'emplacement idéal pour aller à Forest National, proche du tram.
Nous avons eu un souci de chasse qui coule, la réactivité du réceptionniste à 00h pour nous changer de chambre.
Le petit-déjeuner est sympa.

Дуже приємні враження від перебування в готелі. Все було на високому рівні: турботливий і уважний персонал, який дійсно піклується про гостей. Сніданки — окрема любов, смачні, різноманітні і якісні.

Фоє виглядає розкішно, з приємними ароматами, що створюють особливу атмосферу з перших хвилин. Усі приміщення чисті, доглянуті, відчувається порядок у деталях.

Особливо запам’яталась ситуація, коли нам знадобився парацетамол — навіть попри те, що всі аптеки були зачинені, питання допомогли вирішити. Це рівень сервісу, який справді цінується.

І окремий плюс — ванна в номері. Після насиченого дня це було ідеальне рішення для відпочинку.

Залишилися тільки приємні емоції. Хочеться повернутися ще раз.

Pros:

Předně musím zmínit personál hotelu, opravdu skvělí a ochotní lidé! V pokojíku bylo starší vybavení, až na koupelnu, ale všude bylo pěkně čisto. Potěšila rychlovarná konvice a lednice. Trošku méně úložného prostoru, ale na pár dní dostačující. Snídaně výborná a všeho dost. V docházkové vzdálenosti, cca 15 minut, na nádraží Brussel-Zuid.

Cons:

Hotelu nemám co vytknout. Pro objektivní hodnocení - je to stranou centra a trošku "divočejší" část města.

La sera nei pressi non c'è molto abbiamo mangiato al siriano vicino all'hotel
Il centro lo raggiungevamo con il bus 48
La fermata si trova a circa 6 min a piedi
la nostra stanza era per 2 persone ma abbiamo fatto aggiungere un 3 letto e ci siamo stati senza problemi
Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni con la colazione compresa a buffet
Camera pulita molto calda
Bagno con vasca e doccia senza finestra ma nessun problema

Good for a short stay.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, simple but with several options. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The rooms are noisy, you can hear next door guests snoring and of course talking. The location is not so good if you arrive by car because is on a steep hill and there is no reserved parking.
