As pessoas eram bastante atenciosas e solicitas.

Cons:

Não tinha sinal de internet no quarto
A cama não era confortável (colchão precisa ser trocado)
Existia apenas um ventilador nessa onda de calor e não foi o suficiente, haja visto que o quarto pegava o sol direto pela manhã, transformando-o em uma sauna

Hotel je u redu, ali nema klimatizaciju, što se pokazalo kao veliki problem u vrijeme toplinskog vala. Ali jasno mi je da klimatizacija u Belgiji nije baš tako općeproširena.

Genel olarak memnun ediciydi, personel çok yardımseverdi.
Pros:

Otelin kahvaltısından çok memnun kaldım çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Ayrıca personel çok yarımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Sabah erken saatte otobüsümüzün olduğu gün bize erken kahvaltı hazırladılar.

Cons:

Odamızda klima yoktu, vantilatör yeterli değildi. Sıcaklarda çok zorlandık. Havluların temizliği konusunda da tam emin olamadım ama belki biraz eski oldukları için olabilir.

Estaba bien ubicado y el desayuno era muy bueno, el personal muy amable

Cons:

La limpieza no era la mejor, pasamos la ola de calor allí y solo tenían un ventilador y fue horrible porque el edificio no estaba nada preparado para pasar el calor.

Prima voor een kort verblijf
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het treinstation Brussel-Zuid-Midi. Het is ook nog wel te doen naar het centrum te lopen. Er rijdt een bus met aandluitingsmogelijkheden met de metro). Het ontbijt was goed. De kamer is niet heel groot, maar ook niet klein. Koffie-en theevoorziening op de kamer.

Cons:

Toen ik er was was de temperatuur erg hoog: rond 38 graden. De kamer heeft geen airco, wel een ventilator. Heel doeltreffend is een ventilator niet. Om het hotel toekomstbestendig te maken zal in alle kamers airco moeten komen. Verder een paar onhandigheden: alle stopcontacten zijn dichtbij de grond aangebracht en het is eerder gezegd: hoe verzin je de plaats van de closetrol. Om thee of koffie te kunnen zetten moet de waterkoker op de grond geplaatst worden.
Overigens: in de lounge is het goed toeven, ook bij hoge temperatuur buiten.
