Great location, clean, friendly staff. Beds not so good.
Pros:

The staff were always responsive and helpful. The breakfast was very well laid out with many choices from hot food to cereal or fruit and several options in between. The location was excellent for my needs, both for my conference and for simple shopping.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. I was not able to sleep well at all, unfortunately. I won't stay here again because of this.

Pros:

Credo che i punti di forza della struttura siano due: il personale super disponibile (che credo faccia decisamente la differenza) e la posizione comodissima! Non solo estremamente servita ma anche perfetta per spostarsi a piedi. Pulizia direi voto 8

Excelente
Pros:

Limpio y cómodo. La habitación es espaciosa. El personal es muy amable, en especial Nico, que nos ayudó con el check in y nos dio varios consejos para recorrer la ciudad, y Stephanie y Alexander que nos ayudaron con el check out y con nuestro equipaje luego de dejar la habitación.

l'hôtel, la déco et la chambre, top l'accueil était hyper agréable et sympathique !
petit frigo dans la chambre

Fixation douchette à checker
double matelas qui a tendance à s'écarter au milieu quand on dort seule dans le lit double à checker
