Pros:

L’emplacement et la salle du petit déjeuner est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est complet.

Cons:

Notre chambre sentait le tabac. Les serviettes ne sentait pas la fraîcheur. Et le troisième lit dans la chambre dite adulte était limite : pas de second oreiller ni de couverture.

Dobry hotel dla zmotoryzowanych lub lubiących jazdę tramwajem
Pros:

Hotel położony trochę dalej od centrum ale jest bezpośredni dojazd tramwajem 92 do ruchliwego placu Luiza z metrem i dalej tramwajem do Placu, Pałacu, Parku Królewskiego i Dzielnicy Muzeów. Pokój hotelowy duży, z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem, łazienka duża, czysto, czajnik elektryczny i zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Dwie butelki wody na cały pobyt, byliśmy 3 noce. Śniadania dobre i urozmaicone, a pani będąca każdego dnia przy obsłudze szalenie, miła grzeczna i troskliwa. . Korzystaliśmy z kolacji, chyba to rzadkość bo obsługa restauracji musiała pytać menadżera i recepcję czy rzeczywiście mamy opłaconą kolację. W jeden dzień pan nie bardzo rozumiał co mówię po angielsku bo na koniec kolacji wręczył mi rachunek. Nie zapłaciłem to dopisano mi go do pokoju. Przy wymeldowaniu recepcjonista poinformował mnie że mamy nie zapłacony rachunek za kolację. Znowu musiałem tłumaczyć i dopiero pani menadżer wyjaśniła ten błąd i usunęła obciążenie z naszego pokoju.
