El precio está muy bien para ser Bruselas

El personal de la recepción de noche y del bar muy amables de 10. Pero tuve una mala experiencia con los de día, la señora del desayuno muy maleducada y desganada, y fue extremadamente maleducada cuando estaba en recepción pagando el desayuno y vino corriendo y chillando desde el restaurante para advertir a los de recepción que pagara (lo que estaba en ese momento haciendo) . De verdad, un escena que debería salir en los manuales de lo que no hay que hacer nunca. Si tiene alguna duda de si estoy pagando se podría haber acercado discretamente y comentado a tu compañero, no empiezas a gritar desde el restaurante hasta recepción con el bochorno que supone para todos.

Accueil pas très avenant à notre arrivée vendredi soir. Les sourires devaient être payants ! A croire !
Petit déjeuner a 22 euros par personne, très désorganisé pour un prix excessif. Beaucoup d'hôtels ont des buffets supérieurs en qualité et surtout réapprovisionné constamment. Pour celui de l'hôtel ce n'était pas le cas. J'ai du attendre plusieurs minutes pour avoir du pain, même chose pour les viennoiseries, pour les œufs brouillés, charcuterie etc ...
Sinon très propre, pas bruyant et bonne literie.

Been twice, will definitely return again.
Pros:

Second time for us. We made a mistake in the booking and they helped out wonderfully to resolve it. The rooms are nice, clean, have all you need and the biggest bed ever.
