Pros:

Staff was friendly and i think it's the biggest plus. Not far from the city centre however neighbourhood isn't the safest in Brussels. There were homeless and drug weirdoos just around the corner so i guess it's not too safe there after the dark.

Cons:

I expected better quality for price i paid. Room is small (especially bathroom), you can hear a lot of noise from corridor and through the windows. There was a lighI failure for some time in the evening. I didnt like all this deposit policy which is not mentioned here. I booked it as non-refundable and just after I got message that you need a credit card details and debit cards are not accepted. If i knew it before i wouldnt have booked that place. I ended up having to leave a €100 cash deposit (which I collected upon checkout), but that was just a hassle and a waste of time.

zwechmässiges und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Extrem aufmerksame Receptionisten. Ich durfte mein teures Rad an einem sicheren Ort einstellen.

Confort de la chambre et propreté. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux.

Cons:

Pas de parking. Ce fut vraiment horrible pour se garer aux alentours, l’hôtel ne disposant pas de parking.

Entspricht nicht den Bilder. Ort, wo es sich befindet, ist eher als „schwierig“ zu bezeichnen. Personal des Hotels durcheinander, zweimal von mir Gebühren berechnet, chaotisch und interesselos. Das Zimmer Mega klein und lange nicht richtig geputzt. Teppich mit Flecken es riecht unangenehm
