Proximity to the Belfius Stadium. We were visiting for the FIH Hockey World Cuo.
The water pressure in the showers was poor.
The last match meant we didn’t return to the hotel until 10pm and snacks were very limited despite warm tapas being advertised meaning we had no food that evening.

Das Personal war nicht freundlich. Beim Frühstück hat nur ein Mitarbeiter gearbeitet, der Rest stand rum und hat gequatscht.
Location was great for Walibi, parking is easy. Breakfast was wonderful, quite a nice surprise. The facilities are clean, modern enough and don't feel too much like a chain. Service isn't particularly warm, but very professional and quick.
A couple minor things:
- The smaller family room bed was quite narrow
- I wish the family room had a door between the two rooms
- There's no mini fridge in the room

For the price I expected more. The room was very basic and the hotel generally was dated. Not sure why you still have Covid signs and screens around, so long after the event?

The staff was very friendly and bed was comfortable and clean
No eating facilities as the kitchen was closed
Nous avions choisi une chambre familiale, au final ils nous ont donné deux chambres communicantes climatisées ce que nous avons grandement apprécié.
Il n’y a pas grand chose autour, nous sommes en pleine zone commerciale.
The parking and the breakfasts were good
The hotel advertised that it had a restaurant but it was not working. This was a significant reasoning for making this booking so this was annoying. At 8:00 on the first morning, people working on the hotel blew all the electrics so nothing worked and we had to wait until 18:00 until we had electricity in our room.
It would have been nice to have a plug in the wash basin in our room.
