La personne qui nous a accueillis samedi très aimable et serviable.

Pros:

J’ai aimé l’accueil , j’ai aimé la brasserie et les plats servis.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé la chambre , le lit pas très confortable.
La baignoire super glissante dans la salle de bain. J’ai failli glisser par deux fois c’était pas terrible 😢

Cons:

Le Bruit infernal venant d'un Groupe de jeunes Turcs ou Grecques à partir de 22h00 - Minuit . Malgré l'intervention plus que correcte et assez ferme de votre réceptioniste à plusieurs reprises , un client est venu se Plaindre 2 ou 3 fois entre 22h30 et 23h30 ce Mardi 4 Mars 2026 . Je buvais un verre prés de la réception avec ma compagne lorsque ce vacarme incessant ( via l'ascenseur ) a commencer . Leurs Moniteurs étaient absents ou endormis !!! J'ai donc du utiliser une méthose assez radicale : Lever le ton de ma voix avec intensité et grande Fermeté draconienne et m'adresser à tout ce Groupe en Anglais . Ces jeunes ecervelés n'ont pas du tout aimer se faire remettre à leur place mais c'était nécessaire . Ce n'est pas la première Fois qu'Un BUS rempli de jeûnes déglingués ( surtout de ces pays chauds ) fait trop de bruit après 22h00 . Comme je suis venu 5 ou 6 fois à cet Hotel , je m'en souviens .
Il est plus que temps que la Direction prenne en main ce type de problème recurrent Avec ces groupes de jeunes non éduqués . Sinon , on le fera savoir encore plus sur les réseaux sociaux .

Bon hôtel pour notre nuit de passage
Pros:

Bon hôtel pour une nuit de passage. Nous n'avons fait qu'y dormir mais le lit était de qualité et confortable et le personnel de l'accueil très poli et respectueux.
