L’établissement était propre et la personne du soir a l’accueil très accueillante

Je n’ai pas apprécié d’être dans la première chambre, celle située juste à côté de la salle du petit-déjeuner. On entendait absolument tout. Certaines personnes se sont même amusées à sonner à notre porte dès 7 h du matin. Le soir, il était également impossible de dormir, car on entendait tous les clients rentrer entre 1 h et 5 h du matin.

Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre pour la deuxième nuit, la personne à l’accueil nous a répondu que l’hôtel était complet. Pourtant, il était toujours possible de réserver une autre chambre sur Booking, ce qui est assez incompréhensible.

Great stay for a family weekend getaway, with spatious room and delicious breakfasts.
Pros:

I loved the spacious room with comfortably beds. Also the AC was nice during the heatwave. Location is great, close to the European district and just a metro ride to the centre.

Quartos amplos, otima localização, mas falta profissionalismo do staff.
Pros:

Quarto muito amplo, cama confortável, ducha forte. Localização excelente.

Cons:

Me deram quarto no andar térreo, ao lado do banheiro dos funcionários. A noite ouvia eles utilizando o banheiro com a porta aberta. Funcionários homens recebendo amigos na recepção e conversando a noite. Com mulher viajando sozinha, me senti bem vulnerável e insegura.
