Pros:

Hotel Mozart is in an exceptional location. However, I would like to commend the staff, especially Selma from reception, who is wonderful, hospitable, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to everyone.

Goeie locatie wat betreft mijn bestemming.

Cons:

Lawaaierig, dunne muren, overlast van andere bezoekers die laat inchecken. Badkamer leek niet heel goed schoon gemaakt, vond haren en zeepvlekken.

Cons:

I got lost trying to find my room, it was like a maze. There was hair in the shower. One of the attributes was WiFi, which I needed for school/work purposes, and it did not work. Not very good overall.

Si vous voulez un hôtel très moderne, ne venez jamais ici : il ne sera pas au goût de tout le monde. Mais si vous voulez un hôtel qui vous transporte dans un Maroc exotique, authentique et orientaliste, l'Hôtel Mozart est fait pour vous.Les décorations des couloirs, des chambres, des escaliers et de la salle de petit-déjeuner sont originales, ce qui offre un vrai dépaysement. À chaque recoin dans l'hôtel, il y a quelque chose de différent. Effectivement, il est vétuste, il y a quelques réparations ou rafraîchissements à faire, et il manque une climatisation car, quand il y a de grosses chaleurs, il doit faire très chaud malgré le ventilateur. Ma chambre était propre, la salle de bain était fonctionnelle et j'y ai bien dormi.Le petit-déjeuner est simple, mais pas de problème, il suffit. La dame de l'accueil et la dame qui s'occupe du petit-déjeuner sont agréables. Le propriétaire est un homme très plaisant et sympathique.L'emplacement était exceptionnel, si proche de toutes les attractions incroyables de Bruxelles, littéralement sur le pas de la porte. Évidemment, si vous n'aimez pas le bruit des rues animées et vivantes de Bruxelles, vous ne vous y plairez pas. En tout cas pour moi, j'ai apprécié.
