Ondanks de vele ornamenten kraaknet
Hôtel labyrinthique et déco fidèle aux photos : foisonnante, improbable, kitsch et exotique, de quoi régaler et amuser les yeux !
Situé vraiment dans le centre.
Chambre très exiguë (heureusement que je suis petite !) et mal insonorisée. Comme celle-ci donnait sur un petit patio et pas sur la rue ça allait, mais je me suis malgré tout félicitée d'avoir pris des bouchons d'oreilles.
Salle de bain vétuste, distributeur de gel-douche cassé, joint de la porte de douche noir et bouffé par le calcaire et l'humidité, je n'ai trouvé ni porte-serviette ni tapis de bain, et le plancher sous le lino s'affaisse par endroits.

Ottima la posizione, praticamente dietro la Grand Place e a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale. Struttura accogliente, colazione non abbondante ma essenziale, arredamento meraviglioso e staff cordiale, parlano anche italiano.
Nulla da segnalare, giusto la colazione, se volete un buffet abbondante non ne hanno, ma tè, caffè, pane burro e marmellata e croissant è più che sufficiente.

Mancava il telecomando del televisore.
Nos gustó mucho la ubicación a unos pasos de la gran plaza; si te gusta caminar, podrás llegar a casi todos los lugares céntricos. Además, está muy cerca del metro. Afuera del hotel hay muchos restaurantes. El hotel está muy lindo, bien adornado, amueblado y pintado.
La habitación era sencilla; sin embargo, todo estaba en orden y limpio.

For a hotel, the beds are even poorer than a hostel, worst bed i have ever slept in. It sinks in very bad, in the morning the bed looks like you slept in a hole

The location was good and the hotel quirky
The bed was really uncomfortable and had a thin mattress that sagged and you could feel the bed frame through. Oh and the cockroaches weren’t welcome either!
L'unico vero punto positivo è la vicinanza ai principali punti di interesse della città: comodo per visitare Bruxelles senza spostamenti troppo lunghi. l'esperienza è stata deludente. La camera presentava moquette ovunque , con rumori/effetti di disturbo dai pavimenti e un evidente stato di usura. Si notano anche muri scrostati e una manutenzione non all'altezza. Ho riscontrato inoltre prese non curate/non a norma (almeno secondo lo stato e l'installazione che ho visto). Il bagno non dava fiducia: assenza di aerazione adeguata/aeratori , e in alcuni momenti si percepiva un odore che sembrava risalire dal bagno.
La colazione è risultata monotona e modesta : mi è capitato di trovare una scelta limitata cornetto e pane serviti in modo non particolarmente curato, con porzioni già predisposte sui tavoli e marmellate lasciate aperte . Anche qui, il problema non è la semplicità, ma la mancanza di attenzione. I letti abbastanza comodi, ma le coperte di pile non mi hanno ispirato e tolte dal letto. La pulizia della stanza sommaria. Un giorno i letti non sono stati nemmeno rifatti.
Anche la struttura complessiva non è risultata piacevole: sembra molto carica di elementi decorativi e “oggetti”, con cianfrusaglie e fiori finti ovunque, che danno l'idea di accumulare polvere. La pulizia, inoltre, è stata approssimativa .
Un altro aspetto critico è l' ascensore , che per dimensioni e funzionamento dà l'impressione di essere più vicino a un montacarichi che a un ascensore per ospiti, con spazi scomodi.
Infine, le scale (per quanto osservate come accesso/uscita) sembrano strette e non mi hanno dato particolare tranquillità sull'adeguatezza in caso di emergenza.
