Goede uitvalsbasis voor een weekendje Brussel
Pros:

De unieke ligging van dit hotel op de Grasmarkt, vlakbij het Centraal Station en vlakbij de Grand Place. De ingang van het station is op slechts 100m en een paar honderd meter in de andere richting zit je al temidden van het toeristische hart van Brussel.
Het personeel - zowel aan de receptie, het kamermeisje als de bediening in de ontbijtzaal - is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het aanbod bij het ontbijt is aan de magere kant.
De prijs is ook niet mals - al zal de ligging en het tijdstip (tijdens Belgian Beer Weekend) daar ook wel wat mee te maken hebben.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal

Cons:

Einiges ist renoviert an anderen stellen sieht man, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ein vermeintliches kostenloses Upgrade in die 6. Etage ( Zimmer mit Aussicht) hatte einen Pferdefuss: in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft des recht geräumigen Dachzimmers befindet sich die Klima- und Abluftanlage mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse.

Would recommend to stay here.
Pros:

Fantastic location, right beside Brussel-Centraal station which we used to see other cities. Also located right in the heart of the downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are and a 2 minute walk from the Grand Place. Some unexpected perks we appreciated were fresh apples daily at the front desk as well as a candy bar. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Happy stay at NH hotel
Pros:

The front desk staff are amazing and it’s so nice to talk to them. The location of the property is perfect, it’s walkable distance to grand palace and so many nice restaurants around the area.
