Hotel mitten im Zentrum, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung passt für 4* nicht, man bezahlt anscheinend für die Lage. Hotel müsste renoviert werden. Klimaanlage funktionierte nur mäßig, französisches Fenster in unserem Zimmer war einfach zugeschraubt da offenbar kaputt. In anderen Zimmern konnte man es öffnen… Badezimmertür klemmte massiv, Duschwand an der Badewanne war nicht mehr fixiert, Teppich auf der Stiege zum Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss zerrissen und ausgefranst usw.

I liked the voucher for a drink if I skip changing the towels.
Room is spacious.
Fridge and tea facilities were perfect.
Air conditioning was perfect.

Cons:

When I requested for room clean, the cream was not replenished.
Preferred to have a shower and not a bath.

Great location. Clean modern rooms
Pros:

Sink in small bath barely had water coming out of the tap. Girl at reception desk said there was not a restaurant and bar even though the booking description said there was. Then later we saw the sign for such.

Pros:

La camera ha la vista sulla piazza del mercato delle erbe. La stazione Centrale dista 5 minuti a piedi. I taxi parcheggiano su questa piazza. A due passi si trova la Grand Place, il cuore del centro storico.

Cons:

Le finestre dovrebbero essere meglio insonorizzate. Comunque l'hôtel fornisce i tappi auricolari per le persone più sensibili. La vasca da bagno dovrebbe essere sostituita con un box doccia.

Pros:

They have a green program to can earn drinks on. They were able to arrange a doctor visit after an injury. Centrally located to all the major sites.

Cons:

No face cloths. Tub was low getting into, but a big step getting out with no grab bar. Shower bar was taped together instead of fixed properly. Would have liked a rubber mat due to slippery tub for shower.
Gathering place outside was a little noisy during world cup Belgium win, understandably, but we could hear some yelling and car honking.
