NH should be proud to have staff this excellent. I loved my stay at this hotel, I stayed from 10 to 12 February. It has been a while since I have come across more attentive and service minded staff as I did at this hotel, and it was truly genuine and friendly. You should be proud! Kudos to you!

Location was perfect, you are literally right next to Grand Place and Gare Central, it was perfect for my conference that I attended. Breakfast was good and when my room was a little cold I was brought a small radiator in minutes.

I always choose this hotel when I go to Bruxelles for business reason. It's easy to reach from the airport by train and it is one minute walking from the central square

The rooms are small and cold. Attempts to have a suitably hearted in the room proved futile.

The room was not serviced on one of the days during our stay.

I have stayed at NH Brussels Carrefour de l'Europe already multiple times. The location is just perfect, short walking distance to Groote Markt and surrounding only. The rooms are clean and well equipped, so you won't miss a thing. There is an underground car park right next to the hotel, which is also very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

Nice hotel located 1 minute outside walk from Brussels-Central railway station, which is superb considering dragging suitcases in the rain.
The Grand Place is just 200 meters away, so for a «holiday» the location is perfect.
Superb rooms, and a great breakfast with good service adds to a magnificent stay.

Althouth stated as "renovated", on room 510, hard floor had 2 big gaps/wholes right in the middle of the passage area, then bathroom..., almost everything had somethig: sink was cracked, toilet seat was nicked, shampoo/gel holder broken, shower head support was loose almost falling, shower glass not sealed properly, found one towel having dark stains (kinda big) - not dirty, but something that it didnt get off during cleaning. Breakfast was ok-ish, the food quality:cheese, ham, orange juice, sweets, resembled with a supermarket bulked products ar at most at seales.
The good parts: it was warm, the bed and pillows were very nice. Also personnel was very pleasent and helpfull.

Excellent location near train station and pleasant staff.
Room neat, clean and comfortable.
A nice and free petite dejeunere for early departures.

Main problem was lack of sound-proofing of windows. Despite apparently being double-glazed, I could hear every car, every street conversation, every dog barking. Too noisy for me! A pity because breakfast was nice, good location near to Grand Place. Staff at reception not particularly friendly. No bar, just a fridge cabinet for the evenings.

Perfect location in the center of Brussels and where the action is.

Hotel nice and in good location, although it can be noisy outside as there is a square with plenty restaurants, it didnt affect my sleep. I had room overlooking the square which was nice atmosphere without being amongst it (especially as a solo traveller)

This room was a dump and filthy. There was mildew all over the shower, shower barely drained, mattress cheap and so uncomfortable, dirty glasses, old, terrible room, every sound from the street came thru the old windows so no sleep. Generally dirty and in serious need of renovation.

A great start at the heart of Brussels

Our second stay at this hotel was as good as the first. It is clean, comfortable, affordable, friendly and the location is excellent. We travel to Belgium nearly every year for over 30 years and we will stay at this hotel from now on.

The staff was excellent. The hotel location is superb.
The hotel said it had a bar but I never saw it open.

The hotel room is very clean and very spacious, it is in the center of tourism place. Its location is the most convenient to any where. If I will have a chance to go there again I would choose this hotel,no doubt.

I used to trust NH Hotels, but this stay was a huge disappointment.
On the second night of my 2-night stay, I went out for just two hours in the evening and returned to find cash stolen from my bag.
The police came, but the hotel simply insisted there was no security issue and didn’t even offer to change my room. I had to spend the night blocking the door with a sofa out of fear.
At checkout, they handed me candy and asked for a good review, which was absurd. Looking at other reviews, I saw similar incidents in the past.
For the same price, I recommend staying at one of the nearby hotels instead.
