Tutto a dir poco perfetto!
Pros:

Albergo immerso nelle colline toscane, zona tranquilla e molto comoda per visitare Firenze. Piscina ad uso degli ospiti con una vista spettacolare! Staff estremamente cortese e disponibile!

Gut mit einigen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, schöne Aussicht, gutes Frühstück, gutes Angebot am Dinner Menüs, großzügiger kostenloser Parkplatz

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer lässt sich nicht separat einstellen, es gibt nur eine Fernbedienung für das ganze Hotel, diese muss an der Rezeption separat geholt werden. Das Zimmer war mit privatem Garten angegeben, es war eine extra Tür welche in den Gemeinschaftsgarten führte und von Außen nicht zu öffnen war. Die halbe Außenanlagen war eine Baustelle welche nicht angegeben ist auf der Homepage. Der Pool ist auf der Homepage sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert.

Could have been perfect as it is in a beautiful location and the pool area is lovely with great view

We were upgraded from a junior suite to a supreme suite which was huge however the air conditioning didn't work well in the bedroom and there wasn't any on the lounge area where my friend was sleeping on the sofa bed. It took 3 days of complaining for them to bring fans for the last night. Our friends staying in the main part of the hotel had great air conditioning, 2 additional fans and an extra stand alone air con unit they didn't need. There was building works going on in the grounds of the hotel right outside our room which woke us early and we were not advised of this before arriving. The restaurant had the same 3 options for lunch every day which was disapointing.

Cons:

The delay in solving our room issue with the air conditioning. No notice of the building worksw. The poor lunch options.

Overpriced Villa with the standard not living up to the rate being charged

The pool area was nice but there was building work going on the whole time we were there that we were not aware of

Cons:

The building work and the restaurant had very limited food options. Also too much salt was used in all the cooking. The room was pretty basic for how much they were charging. We shared there was an issue with our shower however it was never addressed

Relax e comfort
Pros:

La struttura è magica perché è immersa nel Chianti. La vista vale il viaggio. La piscina è eccezionale così come le sale comuni. La suite è molto ampia, il letto è estremamente comodo. Difetti: l'aria condizionata è molto rumorosa e il bagno è davvero piccolo. Lo staff è professionale e disponibile. Le torte a colazione sono molto buone.

Cons:

La colazione è da migliorare: la macchinetta è davvero triste, a questi livelli è necessario il servizio bar. Anche le marmellate sono confezionate mentre ritengo debbano esserci più prodotti freschi.

Pros:

Tutto, dalla struttura interna all'area verde fino alla piscina, non si può dire nulla di male. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale.
Peccato per il ristorante in ristrutturazione, ma c'era possibilità di mangiare comunque con un catering, anche se abbiamo preferito cenare altrove.

Cons:

Un po' caldo la notte in camera perché le tende fino a terra ostacolano la circolazione d'aria fresca che viene dal condizionatore.

Lugnt läge med jättefin utsikt från poolen. Rymligt rum och sköna sängar.

Cons:

Högljudd AC, gick inte att ha igång den på natten. Sliten uteplats och brist på utbud av mat på hotellet.

A great accommodation for a Tuscany vacation
Pros:

A well maintained vacation apartments in a very nice complex, including a large garden and a nice pool with a great view of the vineyards fields. Breakfast was great, atmosphere was very calm, soft music, and very kind staff.
A large parking lot for multiple cars.

Cons:

While location was very nice on a hill with a great view, we found it somewhat inconvenient to get from the accommodation to the autostrade and back each time we leave the accommodation for travel, passing through some neighbourhoods, junctions, speed limits...
