La struttura è molto pulita, il personale giovane e cortese, la piscina con vista è davvero molto bella e vale il soggiorno.

Cons:

A relaxing stay in a comfortably hotel in stunning surroundings
Pros:

Loved the location. Amazing views. Very friendly staff. Great swimming pool

Cons:

Lack of comfortable area/bar to hang out when it rains. Failure to bring in seat covers overnight so they were soaking wet in the morning. Staff very friendly and helpful but sometimes difficult to find - not always someone on reception

Bella struttura, elegante e accogliente. Ottima la prossimità con San Casciano (3 min). Bella la piscina con vista sulle vigne.

La colazione varia e abbondante ma non di grande qualità. Qualche attenzione al dettaglio renderebbe la struttura eccellente.

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et efficace.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas entretenu. Rien n'est soigné. La réalité ne correspond pas aux photos. Le petit déjeuner est sans aucun intérêt.
