Pros:

Pidin erityisesti kauniista sijainnista. Majoituspaikan uima-altaalta oli kauniit näköalat. Huoneemme oli kaunis ja siisti. Myös ilmastointi oli erinomainen.

Cons:

Aamupala oli yllättävän suppea erityisesti suolaisten syötävien osalta.

Nice location, the pool area was lovely

Cons:

There seemed to be a shortage of staff, those there were doing their best. We experienced some alcohol running out and it would have been nice to have a better bar service at the pool. We would have spent more.

Esperienza spettacolare!
Pros:

Siamo andati per trascorrere due giorni di puro relax e le aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte. Appena arrivati, Matilde, la ragazza della reception, ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza, illustrandoci il resort e accompagnandoci in una camera pronta con ben due ore di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in.

La camera era spaziosa, pulita e profumata, con accesso privato. Abbiamo trascorso gran parte del soggiorno nella splendida piscina, ampia e con una vista mozzafiato sulle colline.

La sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante sulla terrazza, godendo di un panorama unico sul Chianti al tramonto. Il buffet era molto buono e vario. Il prezzo è forse un po’ alto, ma secondo me vale la pena per vivere a pienoa l’esperienza.

Il personale è stato sempre gentile, attento e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.

Cons:

Unica nota: il primo giorno c’erano poche persone e abbiamo potuto goderci un’atmosfera di totale relax; il secondo giorno il resort era più affollato e c’era un po’ più di confusione.

Amazing hotel ♡
Pros:

The views... oh, the views were absolutely amazing! Mariana at reception was outstanding—super friendly, polite, professional, and incredibly kind. The hotel itself is a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful countryside, with a fantastic swimming pool. The room was exceptional, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and we'll definitely be very happy to come back.

Struttura a dir poco meravigliosa, così come la sua posizione e la piscina. Camera comoda e pulitissima Paesaggio incantevole Personale, sia quello della reception che quello della terrazza, gentilissimo e professionale

Due note però purtroppo negative: la colazione non è all’altezza della struttura (marmellate e jogourt confezionati) e poca attenzione agli alimenti salati. Le bevande calde poi, in un posto così, dovrebbero essere espresse e non fatte da una macchinetta. Altra cosa, maggiori controlli in piscina dove, in particolare, il sabato pomeriggio, è stato caratterizzato da schiamazzi , confusione e musica con cassa con impossibilità di uso della parte dedicata all’idromassaggio. Per chi cerca un po’ di relax, non è stato il massimo…
