Wir haben uns noch nie so unwillkommen gefühlt

Laut Zimmerbeschreibung sollte unser Hotel einen Balkon und Patio/Veranda haben. Wir hatten einen französischen Balkon, auf den nicht einmal ein Suhl passt. Sonst nichts. Schallisolierung war ebenso angegeben. Bis 4 Uhr nachts schallte laute Musik ins Zimmer und ab 6 Uhr morgens ruckten Stühle, als ob es direkt in unserem Zimmer wäre. Mitarbeiter und Manager reagierten auf nichts, was wir sagten. Im Gegenteil, der Manager war nur genervt und hat mit einer Handbewegung deutlich gemacht, dass wir ihm egal sind.

Wie man bei anderen negativen Bewertungen im Internet sehen kann, wird man vom Hotel als Lügner und Pinocchio beschimpft, wenn man sich beschwert. Das sagt ja schon alles über die Einstellung gegenüber von zahlenden Gästen aus. Da fehlt es an jeglichem Respekt.

Den mangelnden Respekt erfuhren wir auch, als einer unserer Ausweise im Koffer war. Ich konnte ihn nicht nach dem Auspacken im Zimmer zur Rezeption bringen. Es wurde darauf bestanden, dass ich vor Ort den ganzen Koffer auspacke und nach dem Ausweis suche.

Das Frühstück ist für Europäer sehr dürftig und die Rühreier & Würstchen nicht genießbar.
Die Zimmerkarte darf ausdrücklich nur im Schlitz stecken bleiben, wenn man auf dem Zimmer ist. Darauf wurden wir extra hingewiesen. Ein Weinglas für das Zimmer war ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. So etwas gibt es in diesem Hotel nur, wenn man sich auch den Wein kauft. Und eigene Lebensmittel in den Kühlschrank legen ist außerdem strikt verboten. Wäsche über das Geländer des französischen Balkons zu hängen wurde ins ebenfalls gleich beim Check-in untersagt … Es stellte sich uns ob der vielen Verbote kurz die Frage, ob wir das Zimmer überhaupt bewohnen dürfen. Wir haben uns noch nie in einem Hotel so unwillkommen gefühlt wie in diesem.

A lovely stay and will definitely be returning
Pros:

The hotel is very stylish and exceptionally clean! We always stay half board and the food is superb.
The staff are very accommodating.

Cons:

Just some constructive criticism…….They need to implement a better system for the swimming pool / beach towels when guests return at end of day.
Considering italy has the best coffee, what is offered at breakfast is like a vending machine. The toaster is also very antiquated,

The menu at the swimming pool needs to be expanded …..they offer sandwiches only and no salads , it needs more variety.
The air conditioning is very noisy in the room.

Ci è paciuta molto l'attenzione e la cura del cliente, la pulizia dell'Hotel, le addette alle pulizie sono state gentilissime e disponibili quando abbiamo chiesto qualcosa. Anche al ristorante tutto buonissimo e personale gentilissimo e attento.
