Pros:

The location is great, and the hotel itself is cozy and inviting. The service is simple, yet attentive and genuinely good.

Cons:

It’s unfortunate that the old wooden floors and ceilings are so thin and creaky they’re quite disruptive and make it difficult to sleep when people walk around upstairs. In the morning, I’m often woken by footsteps above, along with the smell of breakfast being prepared downstairs.

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Location, away from hustle and bustle. But walkable distance to Temple Street. Also local bars/restaurants were good

Cons:

Room was slightly on small side, we had one on the 3rd floor and the ceilings were quite low and barely any room around the bed, but ok for one night

Exceptional location, small room
Pros:

Location is excellent in a very accessible area (D2) to city center attractions and many options for dining and drinks. It's a 10-minute (or less) walk to both St. Stephen's Green and Merrion Square. There's a bus stop directly out front. We felt very safe walking to and from the hotel at all times of day. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially in coordinating transportation to the airport, and we appreciated having a room on the ground floor. The hotel was very clean and well kept, and the shower had exceptional water pressure. We experienced no street noise and slept well!

Cons:

The room was very, very small, especially for three of us, with barely space for the three of us to navigate without bumping into each other. The beds were OK but not the most comfortable. There was very little storage/dresser space and even less horizontal space in the bathroom for cosmetics.

Staff very helpful, we had a comfortable quite room and breakfast was good

Cons:

A small problem, the kettle in the room was on a little side broad but no place to plug it in. The nearest plug to it was behind the bedside locker with a very large lamp .
