Piacevole e a pochi passi dal centro
Pros:

Hotel a pochi passi dalle scale mobili per il centro. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Inoltre ad un prezzo conveniente si ha la possibilità di lasciare l'auto, cosa importante data la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio a Perugia (e quel che si trova è molto costoso).
Una volta arrivati ci hanno consegnato la mappa della città e un elenco di ristoranti consigliati, prenotando a nome dell'hotel si riceve anche un piccolo sconto/omaggio (a noi sono stati offerti gli amari).

Camera spaziosa con soffitto affrescato.

Confortevole nella sua semplicità
Pros:

Nella sua semplicità l'hotel Iris offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e confortevole, e quindi a mio avviso ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff disponibile e gentile, camera pulita e silenziosa, letti comodi.
Posizione comodissima per il centro. E' all'interno della ZTL ma comunicando la targa in reception si può tranquillamente accedere e cercare posto nelle pubbliche vie, oppure parcheggiare negli spazi privati dell'hotel pagando 10 euro al giorno. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza di bidoni per la raccolta differenziata nei corridoi.

Cons:

La colazione non è inclusa, è cmq disponibile per 4 euro (caffé - cornetto - succo) ma noi siamo andare al bar. Per il prezzo pagato però ci è sembrato accettabile.

Pros:

This is a great Perugian hotel.The location is ideal for the old town and public transport connections.I slept soundly and was comfortably refreshed for the next day but the best thing about this hotel is the staff; all the staff were professional, friendly and helpful,especially the triplets on the front desk.

Cons:

Minor criticism - the breakfast could be improved with a drink refill and a little bit of fruit.

Personale gentile.che ci ha anche saputo consigliare alcuni ottimi ristoranti.

I'd love to return for a longer stay. So many positives...just a wonderful match for me!
Pros:

Loved eating breakfast on the roof/deck area. The view is fantastic. The tea was especially a fine one!

Both the men with whom I dealt (at the desk) went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating!
The location is, of course, fantastic for someone using the bus option to nearby towns from Perugia.
