The staff member who welcomed us was very polite, as was his twin brother. The hotel's location is ideal, right next to the stairs for quick and easy access to the center.
It is a wonderful, historic building with beautiful decor. The room was quite spacious and the beds very comfortable. The hotel also provides parking where you can leave your car for a few extra hours even after check-out.
We will definitely return during the summer months to enjoy the lovely terrace overlooking the Old Town gate."
The weather was bad and the room was cold during the night
The location is very good. Next to the old town and the bus station. The hotel is in a magnificent historic building with a wonderful terrace.
However, if you are coming by train this is not your hotel, it is very far from the station. The transport in the city is quite chaotic and it is not good to rely on it.
The building needs renovation and preservation care.
If you like to stay in an old school palazzo , that travels you to another time where facilities where basic but still good enough its a unique place to stay.Fantastic location, Parking and loveable operators.
Excellent location, 7min walk to city centre, very helpful staff, decent size of room, bus station to airport bus 5min walk, quick connection with train station via mini metro
Facilities were old, renovation is needed
Parcheggio interno molto comodo a modico prezzo. Grazie!!! Ritorneremo di sicuro.
