Pros:

A beautiful old fashioned style hotel slightly off the tourist spots, so quiet and charming. Staff on hand at all times. Really enjoyed and thoroughly recommend!

Soggiorno molto piacevole in un hotel ove sentirsi come a casa
Pros:

L'hotel ha una posizione ideale per raggiungere il centro a piedi. La mia camera al 3° piano (dotata di due finestre) aveva una bellissima vista sulle colline. Staff molto gentile. Anche se la colazione non era prevista, la possibilità di poter ordinare (per una modica cifra) la colazione data da un cornetto e un cappuccino, servita nel giardino interno della struttura, è stata una piacevole sorpresa.

Cons:

Sarebbe comodo dotare il bagno di una mensolina ove appoggiare il necessaire.

Siamo stati molto bene, l'albergo è un'ottima base per girare Perugia e quella parte dell'Umbria.
Pros:

Hotel vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in 15-20 minuti, ma in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. In zona il parcheggio è a pagamento, ma l'albergo fornisce un pass per parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle immediate vicinanze. Comodissimi i locali (pasticceria, diversi bar e pub) nella strada (uno proprio di faccia al vicoletto dell'albergo, gli altri a poche decine di metri) per mangiare qualcosa senza dover per forza arrivare in centro per esempio se una sera piove o per fare colazione al mattino. Carinissimo il piccolo giardino dove è possibile fare colazione, che va prenotata la sera prima. Il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente, la stanza pulitissima e il letto molto comodo

Assolutamente niente di negativo da segnalare, ma come spunto di miglioramente allargherei l'offerta della colazione. Premesso che ci sono diversi bar nelle immediate vicinanze per fare colazione fuori e che la colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo e quindi non dovuta, l'hotel come servizio aggiuntivo la fornisce se prenotata la sera precedente: vengono fatti arrivare i croissant da un bar (va indicato il gusto desiderato, perché arrivano contati) mentre l'hotel fornisce una bevanda calda espressa (caffè, tè, cappuccino) al costo di 3€ per 1 croissant + 1 bevanda (mag 2026). Nell'insieme è abbastanza buona ma piuttosto frugale, ripetitiva e non molto appagante. Poter avere un po' più scelta, magari un po' di pane fresco e marmellata, biscotti, fette di dolci da forno e qualche tipo di brioche in più sarebbe un miglioramento apprezzato.

Een hotel waar je je thuis voelt..

De sfeer en de mensen maken het een echt familie hotel, waar alles aan gedaan wordt om het naar je zin te maken. Het hotel heeft een stadsyuin waar je kunt ontbijten of iets drinken.We bleven mede daardoior 2x zo lang als gepland. De prijzen van drankjes en ontbijt waren ongelooflijk scherp. Verder kregen we goede adviezen omtrent eetlocaties.

Cons:

Alleen een tip het zou zijn een goede omschrijving te maken voor treinreizigers . Het hotel ligt bij de oude stad op een berg. Je verdwaalt snel en moet dan klimmen of dalen. De juiste route vanaf het eindstation van de minimetrio - die redelijk is,l' is wat lastig te vinden.
