The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming and friendly. The room shave been recently refurbed and the decor, bathroom, in room facilities were excellent.
The hotel is right beside the entrance to the historical and they have a very nice and reasonably priced outside bar beside the main square.
The prices are very good value for money both for accommodation and the food
Nothing. The outside looked a bit run down on arrival however it is no different to other buildings in the area and it is also being refurbed this year.
-Good location - close to the train station, by the entrance to Pompeii sight. Not too far from the modern Pompeii if you’re walking.
-Extremely supportive staff. They let us keep our luggage during the day for free. Every interaction with the staff felt like they love their job.
-Nice breakfast. Not super wide selection though definitely all one needs. Everything fresh.
-Nice renovated room. Spacious, comfortable bed, lots of mirrors, big shower, good lighting, good sound isolation.
The dining area is a bit dark and not that cozy.
Lovely modern bedroom. Great breakfast.

Eccellente albergo, in parte perfettamente ristrutturato ( camere nuovissime e molto confortevoli) e posto all'ingresso degli scavi archeologici! Parcheggio comodissimo e gratuito! Staff decisamente eccellente!
Unica critica ( assolutamente costruttiva): i teli e gli asciugamani sono da cambiare perché di qualità non eccellente ( lasciano parecchi pelucchi)!
Posizione eccellente, esattamente all’ingresso degli scavi. Camera spaziosa, nuova e molto comoda. Cortesia del personale molto apprezzata, soprattutto per la possibilità di parcheggio davanti all’hotel.

The staff are exceptional! Our room was ready early and upgraded. We were there for one night to tour the ruins of Pompeii, and this hotel is literally right next door--we met our guide just outside the hotel. The room was spacious, comfy, clean, and the bed was huge.
The location was great for visiting Pompeii ruins, but for little else--there isn't much around in terms of dining or other excursions. It is close to a train line, which is nice, and it's perfect if you're looking to just visit Pompeii.
We felt like this place was a hidden gem! The interior has been completely remodeled and has keep some of the original charm.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included with our room and it was a delicious way to start the day. We had dinner there 2 nights, 1 night pizza, 1 night pasta. Was very good!
If you are going on any tours of Pompeii it is steps to where you meet your guide.
I would highly recommend this hotel!

Schade, dass das Hotel-Restaurant geschlossen hatte. Aber das kann in der Nebensaison passieren.
The hotel is in a good location very close to the entrance of the excavation site and also the Pompei Scavi train station. The hotel has been refurbished recently and the rooms are a good size, nicely decorated with a good quality finish. We had a lovely balcony area that overlooked the excavation site. The front of the hotel needs some work and assume that will be part of the ongoing works. The restaurant area is also work in progress but still pleasant. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.
The bathroom towels were new but not washed beforehand. Needs to be done otherwise guests will be covered in towel fluff! There are more restaurants choices in the centre of Pompei new town and no evening meal option was available at the hotel during our stay.

I enjoyed it very much. The shower was not always hot, but that is outside the hotel I think. And in the overall experience really not an issue.
A lovely hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating giving us advice on the park and a map with local restaurants. The room was superb, spacious, very clean with a large en-suite to modern standards. It also had a fridge (free water every day), kettle with selection of teas and a coffee maker (free to use). We had our own large balcony but there is rooftop open space available to everyone. It's a 1 minute walk to the Archaeological park, essential after 6 to 7 hours walking around the ruins and a 10 minute walk to Pompeii Scavi station or the local supermarket. Breakfast is exceptional, fresh orange juice, continental and cook to order available in an adorable room with a mock Pompeii ceiling!
There is some building work going on (we were out of season in March) but it didn't cause us any problems. No bar for the evening.
L hôtel est situé tout près de l entrée pour la visite du site de Pompei et également d'une gare pour se rendre par exemple à Herculanum. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Je recommande vivement.

De binnenkant van het hotel heeft nog grandeur uit vervlogen tijd: mooie oude details. De kamer was meer dan fantastisch; stijlvol, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien: geweldige verlichting en zalige regendouche, groot terras met zitje, plantenbakken, jacuzzie, afgeschermd met citroenstruiken, buitendouche en zicht op de opgravingen.
Alle personeel was vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Speciaal compliment voor de aardige ober die ongevraagd de grote olievlekken uit het shirt van mijn zoon verwijderde.
De keuze voor dit hotel was de zeer gunstige ligging: het station EN de ingang van het archeologisch park zijn beide op zeer korte loopafstand; erg belangrijk voor een 80 jarige.
Er is een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met keuze voor alle smaken.
Hotel Vittoria beveel ik van harte aan; het overttrof onze verwachtingen.
het restaurant is beperkt open , maar misschien is dat in het hoogseizoen anders.
