Super friendly staff, very helpful in every way. Beautiful room, great breakfast and unbeatable location

A lovely hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating giving us advice on the park and a map with local restaurants. The room was superb, spacious, very clean with a large en-suite to modern standards. It also had a fridge (free water every day), kettle with selection of teas and a coffee maker (free to use). We had our own large balcony but there is rooftop open space available to everyone. It's a 1 minute walk to the Archaeological park, essential after 6 to 7 hours walking around the ruins and a 10 minute walk to Pompeii Scavi station or the local supermarket. Breakfast is exceptional, fresh orange juice, continental and cook to order available in an adorable room with a mock Pompeii ceiling!

L hôtel est situé tout près de l entrée pour la visite du site de Pompei et également d'une gare pour se rendre par exemple à Herculanum. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Je recommande vivement.

De binnenkant van het hotel heeft nog grandeur uit vervlogen tijd: mooie oude details. De kamer was meer dan fantastisch; stijlvol, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien: geweldige verlichting en zalige regendouche, groot terras met zitje, plantenbakken, jacuzzie, afgeschermd met citroenstruiken, buitendouche en zicht op de opgravingen.
Alle personeel was vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Speciaal compliment voor de aardige ober die ongevraagd de grote olievlekken uit het shirt van mijn zoon verwijderde.
De keuze voor dit hotel was de zeer gunstige ligging: het station EN de ingang van het archeologisch park zijn beide op zeer korte loopafstand; erg belangrijk voor een 80 jarige.
Er is een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met keuze voor alle smaken.
Hotel Vittoria beveel ik van harte aan; het overttrof onze verwachtingen.

Spacious room, location, amazing bedroom ceiling, modern bathroom, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. During our stay rooftop was closed due to it being the winter season but in season I’m guessing it would be good

Ibamos a visitar el parque arqueológico de Pompeya y la ubicación es inmejorable, estábamos a 30 segundos de la Puerta de ingreso al parque, además de estar muy cerca de restaurantes de buena calidad.
El desayuno buffet delicioso y recién hecho, con una persona atenta a las necesidades que tuviéramos.
La habitación recién reformada, amplia, limpísima y muy confortable, ideal para no salir de ella.
La decoración de todo el hotel te hace pensar que estas viviendo en una casa de la Pompeya antigua antes de su destrucción.
Personal muy profesional y amables, con una disposición para que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Nos facilitaron absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos.

Loved this small hotel. Located at the entrance to the Pompeii ruins, with a view of Mt Vesuvius from our balcony. The room was wonderful, clean, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. Walking distance to restaurants, train and the main centre.

Staff were wonderful. Right beside the Pompeii entrance with a few good restaurants within 50 metres. Great breakfast and very clean and comfortable room.

We were very pleased with our stay here - the breakfast far exceeded our expectations, the staff were all very attentive and willing to help and were very welcoming to us, and the location absolutely could not be beat right next to the entrance to Pompeii! The rooms were comfortable, and had a balcony with a view. Our room was also perfectly located next to the elevator and the balcony that leads to the rooftop bar. Carmella was our primary host, and seemed eager to answer any questions we ever had and help in any way - she was great! Our primary reason for visiting was to see the ancient city, and we were lent an umbrella for our visit. It was a nice quiet place to stay, despite being a prime location. Close enough walking distance for us to a supermarket and mall for a few other things to do while in Pompeii.

Location was perfect, breakfast, when we had it (sometimes we needed to leave before breakfast was served), was ideal, the room was a good size and the bathroom ideal with plenty of towels. The staff could not have been more helpful and it was nice to know the reception was staffed overnight.
