Pros:

Il nostro soggiorno all’Hotel Villa Franz è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. Un grazie speciale alla signora Carmela, una persona di una gentilezza rara: sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronta ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta, anche la più assurda😂, facendoci sentire coccolate e come a casa.
Colazione ottima, con prodotti fatti in casa e una vista semplicemente spettacolare che rende il risveglio ancora più speciale.
Torneremo senz’altro a trovarla🩷

Cons:

La posizione non è ideale per chi cerca la movida dell’isola, ma è perfetta per chi desidera staccare davvero la spina e godersi pace, silenzio e la bellezza autentica di questo piccolo paradiso terrestre.

Schönster Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Das ist wirklich unschlagbar. Gutes Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind funktional, aber jetzt kein Highlight. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Cons:

Gut zu wissen: Von der Bushaltestelle ist es gute 10-15 min zu Fuß bis zum Hotel. Es fahren wahlweise Golfcarts, die Transfers anbieten (uns für 15€).

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Super freundliche und sehr bemühte Hotelwirte. Das Essen war immer frisch zubereitet, reichlich und lecker. Man konnte sich zwischen 2 Gerichten entscheiden, individuelle Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer könnte moderner gestaltet werden.

We loved the fact it was quite a walk to get to the hotel, as the narrow streets only allow golf buggy type vehicles. For those with mobility issues the area may be a little morw challenging.
The hosts were amazing though and always on hand to help where needed.

Budget conscious Adventure
Pros:

Our Host was fantastic and we thank her and her husband very much. The breakfast was also soooo nice, things home made which is very nice to see.

Cons:

Yes the accommodation does need renovation, but I will say this, if you are price conscious this is a good stay , if you aren’t too fussy about the room being basic then you will be ok, after the first night you will get used to your room and not worry about it. Terrace is very nice. The other thing is it is very hilly so you will either get used to it or hire the small electic carts to bring you but they are not cheap. We stayed 5 night there, first couple of days going up and down the hills was a bit hard then next few days was much better. I’m 58 so it was ok, my cousin 68 was harder but he still did it with diabetes 😳. Looking back now I am glad we did the walk because it was an adventure and it was so nice to see different beautiful views whilst walking, seeing the church and cemetery and other places. ischia we misss you 😘 grazie mille.

Pros:

Die Lage und Aussicht war paradiesischen, man musste aber körperlich sehr fit für den täglichen Marsch bis zur Straße sein. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig.

Cons:

Das Hotel war entweder körperlich anstrengend über Wege ( bergauf- bergab) zu erreichen oder mit einem Minitaxi ( 8 €) pro Fahrt. Für spontane Touren gab das wenig Gelegenheit, da man sich jeden Weg genau überlegen musste.mein Zimmer war extrem einfach, Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt und die Wand zur Dusche wies Wasserschäden auf.
