Buon rapporto qualità prezzo e staff gentilissimo
Pros:

È un albergo in posizione strategica perché è vicino alle strutture ospedaliere di Bologna I gradini di scale da fare nonostante l’ascensore.

Cons:

C’era il piano di arrivo dell’ascensore e per raggiungere le stanze dovevi scendere una rampa di scale. Per una persona disabile o con difficoltà motrici non è il massimo.

Pràctic però amb obres al carrer dificulta el descans.
Pros:

Netedat i localització just abans ZTL. Bany funcional amb molt bona dutxa i finestreta. Els llits còmodes(tot i que mal distribuïts) . Vam agrair molt la noia de la tarda-vespre que ens va facilitar coixins extra que necessitàvem. Bé bullidor en escriptori simbòlic.

Cons:

La noia de la neteja ens va somriure/saludar més que les noies del matí.. .En comptes el gerent va ser tot un cavaller.
Manca espai per posar més de dues maletes.
Semblava que havien adaptat una habitació triple, (capçaleres descol-locades) doncs un dels llits individuals , tot i no estar arraconat , tenia un lateral un pèl alt obligant a sortir per l'altre costat a través d'un espai de poc mens d'un pam d'entre els dos llits individuals ( un si que estava enganxat a la paret) : ens vam veure obligats distribuir -nos diferent ( per dos nits ho vam deixar còrrer, però era evident..)
D'altra banda, ens van avisar de les obres del carrer pel tema de l'aparcament, però aquest no era problema (doncs als voltants hi havia llocs de sobres) sinó que començaven a les 7 del matí amb força soroll i "pitos" dificultant el descans, tot i així, entenem que ells no hi podien fer res...

Pros:

The staff was kind. Not too far from the city centre on foot.

Cons:

The room was not clean, there were hairs in the shower and pidgeon poop on the inside window in the bathroom. The door to the outside was quite thin, so you could hear everything from the neighbours. The structure itself looks pretty old and not per se very well taken care of.
No information whatsoever is given about the parking situation at or around the hotel - besides that’s paid parking, but no advice on where to park etc.
