Pros:

Palazzo d'epoca tenuto molto bene; praticamente di fianco le terme e con comodo parcheggio a 2 minuti a piedi. Personale gentile e disponibile ottima e abbondante la colazione.

Schönes großes, sauberes Zimmer. Hunde willkommen, auch im Frühstücksraum, schönes Frühstück. Guter Kaffee. Schöne Aussicht auf Therme.

Cons:

Durch Verkehrssituation, sehr schwer erreichbar, weil viele Straßen gesperrt. Hilfe durch Hotelbesitzer war nötig und durch netten Herren erfolgreich.

Posizione ottima, parcheggio della struttura a pochi metri di distanza e incluso nel pernottamento, ambiente carino, buona scelta per la colazione ,camera pulita e ordinata; spazi comuni molto belli e accoglienti; personale cordiale.

Cons:

Avevo richiesto letto matrimoniale ma ho trovato due letti singoli uniti (scomodo); materassi troppo rigidi (un topper avrebbe aiutato) ; un solo cuscino disponibile; ho dovuto chiedere un set di salviette da bagno perchè ne ho trovato solo uno in bagno e dividerlo in due non mi pareva il caso.

Esperienza da dimenticare

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva.

A mezzanotte lo scarico del bagno della nostra stanza ha smesso di funzionare. La mattina successiva, prima del check-out, abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception e siamo andati a fare colazione. Tornati in stanza, il guasto non era ancora stato sistemato.

Dalla reazione dei proprietari abbiamo avuto l’impressione che il problema fosse già noto e non del tutto imprevisto, e che venisse normalmente risolto manualmente. In ogni caso, trattandosi di un soggiorno di una sola notte, il disagio è stato notevole.

Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso per il problema riscontrato, ma ci è stato riconosciuto solo lo sconto di 20€ relativo alla sauna, una compensazione che non riteniamo adeguata rispetto al disagio.

Inoltre, la sauna indicata tra i servizi dell’hotel è risultata molto piccola, poco curata e con una sensazione generale di scarsa pulizia. Personalmente, non la considererei un servizio da pubblicizzare come dotazione della struttura.

Peccato, perché con una gestione più attenta dei problemi e dei servizi l’esperienza sarebbe potuta essere diversa.

Weekend alle terme. posizione eccellente proprio davanti alle terme. Personale gentile, camera molto pulita. Colazione molto varia, dolce e salato e frutta fresca. Tutto ottimo.
