Pros:

Konumu oldukça iyi, balkonlu odalar çok iyi.

Cons:

Günübirlik temizlik yok, havlu değişimi yok. Ortak tuvaletin olduğu en baştan bildirilmişti. Ancak odadaki duş, odanın tam ortasındaydı. Etrafında perde ile çevriliydi ne yazık ki perde mahremiyeti sağlamaya yeterli değildi. Tabii ki farklı bir zamanda olsa bu duş için tam puan verebilirdim. Ancak 3 yakın arkadaş için büyük zorluklar yaşattı.

Pros:

Really excellent location. Great check in and storage option. I loved my room, it had all i needed and very peaceful. Comfy bed, no air con but there was a plug in fan which was needed. Shared bathroom was not an issue and always super clean. Totally loved my stay and would definitely recommend

Cons:

Only thing was the sheets were a bit rough. Could do with a street picture of the entrance

Perfecto tanto para familias como para ir en pareja
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación y es un lugar muy bonito. Lo tienen todo muy cuidado al detalle. El baño está nuevo y tiene todo lo que necesitas con una ducha maravillosa. No hay desayuno pero hay una salida con cafetera y té así como una pequeña nevera para los huéspedes.

Cons:

Una de las noches que estuvimos hizo muchísima calor en Florencia por lo que abrir ventana no sirvió de nada y en la habitación había ventiladores pero el aire que daba era bastante flojito por lo que pasamos bastante calor.

Pros:

Excellent emplacement, café et autres boissons à disposition le matin, un petit frigo également disponible pour les clients.
Ventilateur dans la chambre.
Bonne literie.

Cons:

J'y suis restée plusieurs nuits, juste une nuit a posé problème à cause de certains clients bruyants ne respectant pas autrui, c'est une question d'éducation, le soir ou le matin tôt on respecte et on fait attention au bruit que l'on fait.
Ensuite, les douches communes, idem, très propres. Je ne comprends pas comment certains arrivent à mettre de l'eau partout alors qu'il suffit de fermer la porte vitrée de la douche.

The staff are friendly.
Pros:

It was in a prime location for visiting major tourist attractions:
a 6-minute walk to the Duomo,
a 12-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio
, and a 30-minute walk to Piazzale Michelangelo.
There was also a CONAD supermarket just a five-minute walk away.

There are many reviews mentioning the lack of air conditioning, but there was a portable spot cooler, which was a lifesaver.

The toilets and showers were shared, but they were cleaned daily.

It was helpful having a shared refrigerator available.

There was an espresso machine available in the common area from 8:00 to 11:00, allowing me to enjoy breakfast.

Cons:

There is no kitchen or washing machine, but I suppose that can't be helped. I am satisfied given the location and the price.

großartige Lage (5 Gehminuten zum Dom), sehr guter Kaffee (von Espresso bis Cappuccino) bis 11 Uhr inklusive, Gästekühlschrank, stilvoller, gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischen bei der Kaffeebar.
Ausgesprochen schönes Gesamtambiente, bezaubernd vom Eingang bis ins Zimmer, teilweise noch historische Deckenmalereien erhalten. Trotz Gemeinschafts-WC kein warten und immer sauber. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Mit dem richtigen Zimmer kann man sogar die Domkuppel sehen!

Der mangler aircondition. Man får 1-2 blæsere som vi skulle have tændt hele natten grundet varmen.
÷ morgenmad. Dog gratis Kaffee og vand i dagtimerne.
Vi havde måske overset at der ikke var badeværelse i værelset, men at det var fælles badeværelse og bruser med alle andre gæster. Dette er noget man skal være opmærksom på.
Ringeklokken ved hoveddøren virkede ikke da vi ankom. Men efter vi tjekkede ind og fik nøglerne til alle døre var der intet problem.
Meget god beliggenhed lige I centrum. Gå afstand til alt.

Très bel immeuble ancien dans le centre de Florence, tout près de tous les sites à visiter.
Très propre, accueil très agréable.

Cons:

En cette période caniculaire la chambre restait chaude, malgré la mise à disposition de 3 ventilateurs. On peut cependant comprendre le choix de ne pas installer de climatisation.

Hermoso, mágico, enorme y con una ubicación increíble, abierto 24/7

Cons:

No tiene AC ni ascensor. Son tres pisos largos por escalera y el personal a veces ayuda con las valijas y otras no, el desayuno es solamente bebidas, y no te dejan llevarte take away del agua fría
