Perfekt gelegenes ,schlichtes und sauberes Hotel
Pros:

Das kleine Zimmer und auch das Bad waren blitzsauber.
Die Lage gleich hinter den Medici Kapellen war exquisit.
Nur 8 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella.
Außerordentlich freundlicher Niccolo,der mir half,trotz unfassbarer Verspätung des Zuges(statt 21.30 kam ich erst um 4 Uhr früh an)in mein Zimmer zu gelangen 🙏🙏🙏

Cons:

Es gab kein Fenster.
Die Air Condition war nicht zu beeinflussen,mir war es zu kalt.
Leider war der Druck in der Dusche lächerlich gering.
Für mich alles okay,weil ich nur übernachtete.Für mehrere Nächte eher ungeeignet,weil es schon sehr klein und unpersönlich ist.

Good for a short stay.
Pros:

Fabulous location. Walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants and bars. Beautifully presented. Breakfast cheap, and adequate.

Cons:

I booked a single room. It was clean and bathroom good. But no window. There was a glass panel over the door, but it opened on to a corridor , not outside space. No fridge in room, and air conditioning noisy.

Amazing location, great hotel & friendly staff
Pros:

The room was amazing and overall the hotel was great - very central location. A special shoutout to the lovely lady & staff member (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) but you made our stay even better - you’re the perfect example of great hospitality and we felt so welcome. They’re lucky to have you working at the hotel. The breakfast spread in the morning was excellent too.

Cons:

Really nothing - the room maybe felt a little dark with not much natural lighting but overall it was great. We found our adapters to charge electronics didn’t work so you may need to request one from reception.

Gut aber mit Beigeschmack
Pros:

Sehr höflicher Umgang und nettes Personal. Gutes und frisches Frühstück.

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Innenhof etwas laut.
Parkgarage neben an nicht zu empfehlen. Fahrzeug wurde entfernt geparkt und Geld so wie eine Taschenlampe gestohlen. Desweiteren lief ausheiterm Himmel auf einmal Kühlwasser aus und es wurde gleich eine Reparatur angeboten. Sehr seltsam, wir mussten unseren Urlaub darauf hin abbrechen. Ausser dem wurde wir mit fremden geparkten Fahrzeugen zur weit entfernt liegenden Garage gebracht. Ich möchte nicht dass mein Fahrzeug zum Taxi wird! Würde dem Hotel empfehlen sich davon zu trennen.

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence et profiter d’une expérience de grande qualité.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de Florence, ce qui permet de visiter la ville très facilement. L’hôtel est plein de charme, avec une décoration élégante et soignée, et il est étonnamment calme malgré sa situation très centrale. Le personnel est également très agréable et de bon conseil pour découvrir Florence.

Cons:

Le seul point à améliorer concernait la salle de bain : il n’y avait apparemment que de l’eau chaude, quel que soit le robinet utilisé. Bizarre … mais vite oublié !

Amazing location, suite, and staff!
Pros:

The location is amazing, staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the building is so unique (16th century, cathedral dome out our window). Bed super comfy, clean, and air conditioned.

Would have loved conditioner in the shower

Muy buen alojamiento.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son preciosas. El staff fue muy atento y amable! Desayuno dulce pero dan mucho desayuno! Muy variado. Buena localizacion.
