Die Deckenmalerei aus dem 17. Jahrhundert ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist grossartig….nur wenige Schritte vom Ponte vecchio. Die vorhergehende Kommunikation war auch sehr gut und die Begrüssung beim Empfang sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Klimananlage im Zimmer war so laut, dass wir praktisch kein Auge zugemacht haben und so eine sehr schlechte Nacht hatten.
Das Frühstück sollte aber 7 Uhr ready sein. Wir waren um 8 Uhr dort aber es war kein Frühstück bereit. Um 10 nach 8 uhr erschien ein Mitarbeiter der nicht sehr motiviert schien. Das Frühstück war nicht gut :-(

Lovely staff and great hotel!
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Florence and would happily stay here again.

The staff were genuinely lovely and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. They always offered me tea or coffee, shared wonderful local recommendations, and were so easy to chat with. Their kindness made me feel comfortable and at home throughout my stay.

I was also very grateful that my room was cleaned every day, which made returning after a day of exploring Florence even more enjoyable.

The only sad part was that I had to leave very early in the morning, so I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye and thank everyone in person. If you’re reading this, thank you so much for your warm hospitality and for making my time in Florence so special. I truly hope to stay with you again one day!

Excellent séjour dans un lieu de charme.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien localisé qui permet de visiter tous principaux centres d’intérêt. Par ailleurs le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et prévenant.

Good location, quiet room with AC
Pros:

Good location in the old part of the city. Quiet room with AC. Easy tram ride to the airport. Close to train station. Small fridge to keep personal items. Walk around easily to the whole old historic part of the city.

Cons:

Some renovations of building going on when I was there. Maybe extra signage to reception would be nice.
