Nice time in Florence
Pros:

Very good location, close to main attraction, easy to find, beautiful and strange decor , never been or sleep in such hotel. We didn’t take a room with breakfast, but I took breakfast once and was great if you like sweet breakfast like me and cost only 7 e ( for that money you get a lot). Julie (Giulia) was such a great receptionist , love to talk to her, she so kind and sweet, real gem and because of her I give hotel such a high rating.

Cons:

Very small bathroom, our room had a high window, have a filing I’m in basement, very dark room with no view at all.

Para ese 3 estrellas a 300 euros por noche, no me esperaba
(a) una ducha tan cutre: mampara rota de plástico con gotelé, muy plegable para aprovechar el espacio reducido, moho abundante, tirador que se descompone en la mano; el retrete se atascó; las tuberías hacen mucho ruido de noche
b) el desayuno no está incluido.
Los 2 hombres de la recepción eran inútilmente esnobs, al final se trata de un estrellas... (la mujer perfecta).

Excellent location, comfortable and attentive staff
Pros:

Room was good, clean, bed comfortable.
Lovely painting fresco ceiling, but no window to room which made it feel a bit closed in.
Complimentary tea and coffee available in lounge area.
Historic building.
Excellent location, close to all the sites and train station.

Cons:

Breakfast was prepared for you, so not able to choose yourself. A sweet breakfast- which wasn’t really my thing. But I’m sure lots of people love pastries, cake for breakfast.
