Good value for money, but expect to get what you pay.
Pros:

~Lots of space in the Double/family Room with Private en-suite bathroom.
~There was an Air Conditioning unit and a separate standing fan in my room which worked well and was greatly appreciated during my summer stay.
~Staff were very friendly and answered any urgent questions when contacted out-of-hours.
~Frequent cleaning visits by the cleaner.
~There's a bus stop nearby (maximum 2-3 minute walk) that have regular buses which stop next to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station.
~Don't forget you will need to pay City Tax to the host when at check-out.
~Overall it was decent for what we paid- I would give a 6.5/10 rating.

Cons:

~In the top floor Double/family Room we stayed in, there was a small, separate Single Bed that was very uncomfortable as it would dramatically sag to the left side overnight. Therefore, I would literally keep sliding off the bed when trying to sleep due to it sagging, or I would need to lay very still in an awkward body position to stay on but this disrupted sleep. Fortunately, the other beds in the room were nice and comfortable, so if you're staying in the room with 4 or more people, one unlucky person may need to sleep on the sagging/broken bed.
~The water pressure from our shower head was very weak- maybe it was due to being on the top floor.
~The WiFi connection in the top floor room was intermittent and struggled to stay connected all the time.
~Ideally, we would've liked a kettle in the room to make our own tea or coffee whenever we wanted- but the hotel does offer breakfast beverages that you can purchase separately during the daytime.

Güzeldi. Tercih edebilirsiniz.
Pros:

Öncelikle resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok yardımcı oluyor. Bana şehri tarif etti ve ihtiyacım olan şeyleri bulmamı sağladı. Saç kurutma makinesi, priz aparatı gibi ihtiyacım olan şeyleri sağladı. Oda çok temizdi. Temizlikçi sürekli geliyordu. Oda da gayet konforluydu. Tek kişilik oda ayırdım ve 3 kişilik oda verdiler bunun için de ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Cons:

Biraz merkezin dışında kalıyor. Konumu gösterildiği gibi ama 1.5 km bazen yorucu olabiliyor. Odanın ışığı çok azdı baya loştu.

Hotel a due passi dal centro storico con parcheggio comodo
Pros:

Hotel veramente vicino al centro, circa 15-20 minuti di camminata e sei in centro storico.
Comodo per i parcheggi pubblici (a pagamento) sotto l'ingresso dell'hotel e ben servito con molte fermate dei mezzi pubblici.
Personale gentile e disponibile, accoglienza di casa.
Camera semplice ed un po' spartana e pulizia discreta, ma con tutto quello che serve e veramente un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Scale molto ripide per arrivare all'hotel (non ho visto se c'è l'ascensore).
Le finiture lasciano un pò a desiderare, con piccoli accorgimenti si può migliorare di molto.

Für Lärmempfindliche sehr ungeeignet. Auf der Strassenseite hat's gut hörbarer Autolärm (nicht besonders stark befahrene Strasse) mit einfachverglasten Fenstern. Unter dem Dach ausgesprochen schlechter Schallschutz zu benachbartem Raum. Zimmertüre ohne nennenswertem Schallschutz.

Good, if you are a heavy sleeper...
Pros:

The room was clean. The location wasn't in the historical neighbourhood, but close enough, like 20 minutes walking. The price was also reasonable.

Cons:

If you are sensitive to noises, don't reserve this hotel. We reserved it for two nights, but I almost couldn't sleep because of the sound of the vehicle and street.

Additionally, bring slippers with yourself. Otherwise, you have to go to the bathroom with the boots. :)

In total, you get what you pay...
