Skønt ophold
Pros:

Skønt værelse med et meget rummeligt badeværelse og med en meget komfortabel seng. Glimrende morgenmad og sød betjening. Kommer meget gerne igen (også selv om jeg ikke bliver opgraderet næste gang til hotellets bedste suite)

Ottima e di gran confort la stanza. Poizione eccellente. Colazione da migliorare.
Pros:

La stanza è molto accogliente, con ampi spazi e un letto molto comodo. Bagno spaziosissimo e ben organizzato, con doppio lavandino. Qualcosa da mettere a punto per l'acqua calda. La posizione è eccezionale, nel centro storico di Arezzo, a due passi dai punti di maggior interesse. Originale :) l'accesso alla stanza direttamente nella stanza da bagno.

Cons:

La colazione: il buffet era modesto, con proposte ben lontane dal livello atteso in un quattro stelle.
Un piccolo disguido col personale di staff per l'utilizzo del parcheggio per carico e scarico di fronte all'ingresso, fondamentale per un hotel a due passi dalla ZTL e con pochissimi parcheggi. Disguido che non avrebbe meritato menzione se fosse stato gestito senza tentennamenti e con decisione, invitatando un altro ospite a non utilizzare il parcheggio di scarico e scarico in modo improprio. Ma sono certo che in futuro faranno meglio e non capiterà più.

albergo molto centrale a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale.
Mi è piaciuto molto l'arredamento classico delle camere.

Good hotel selection for location, a bit pricey for what they offer overall.
Pros:

The location is really great, very close to city center and also to the railway station. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The building is an old one, turned into a boutique hotel. Real paintings and good quality furniture. Overall it was a good and safe stay.

Cons:

The hotel entrance looks like an old residence turned hotel. The room was big, but with an the open roman bath and a separated closed toillette. The roman bath was a difficult thing to get in and out, no proper shower in that room. The small windows were also not very pleasant having no view. The breakfast was mostly sweet, I understood it is a regional thing in Tuscany. Very limited selection for a normal breakfast.

Mi sono trovato abbastanza bene.Camera grande, lo stesso per il bagno!
Letto comodo, posizione centrale

Cons:

Colazione non adatta per un 4 stelle.
A parte il salato! La parte dolce tutta da confezione, comprese le torte!
