Ottima posizione della struttura a tte minuti dal mare, buon prezzo per alta stagione

Cons:

Bagno un po' da rivedere. Alcune cose andrebbero sistemate.

Soggiorno confortevole con ottima accoglienza, tre giorni rilassanti
Pros:

Ottima posizione proprio di fronte alla pineta a due passi dal mare e dal centro di Viareggio. Possibilità di parcheggiare con soli cinque euro al giorno nelle strisce blu. Ottima colazione. Possibilità di aggiungere la cena a soli 25 € ottima anche la cena.

Posizione comodissima per visitare Viareggio,tutto a pochi passi.Personale più che qualificato,gentile e disponibile.Camere pulite e ben condizionate.Ottima colazione

Purtroppo nel cambio lenzuola è stata smarrita la mia camicia da notte , nonostante l’impegno per la ricerca non l’ho più trovata

Gestori molto simpatici e disponibili, colazione dolce ottima e molto varia (piccola menzione alle torte fatte in casa soprattutto quella al cioccolato eccezionale!) con e una piccola selezione di salato per chi gradisce, posizione ottima per il mare e il centro!

Cons:

Camera e bagno non troppo spaziosi (noi eravamo in 3 con un lettino per il bimbo) e senza posto per poter stendere (scomodo se come noi andavamo avanti e indietro dalla spiaggia 2 volte al giorno) ma nulla di non risolvibile 😉

Enjoyable stay and value for money.
Pros:

Good plentiful breakfast. Staff very helpful, friendly and respectful. Location near beach and station for traveling around. Very clean accommodation. Recommended.

Cons:

The shower room will need updating in the future.

Pros:

Struttura pulita, comoda con la spiaggia e con parcheggio a pagamento in zona (possibilità di fare direttamente con la struttura un ticket giornaliero). La proprietaria gentilissima è sempre disponibile. Colazione ottima!
