Perfect for one night stays
Pros:

Free parking, genuine family home experience.

Cons:

We went in late March so cold nights, radiator was not able to warm the large room enough.

A Quaint Hotel Experience in an Italian Walled Town
Pros:

The proprietor proved to be helpful beyond measure. We had difficulty identifying the correct parking lot level, and he sent someone to pick us up at the parking garage. In the morning, he had someone take us to put our luggage in our car & then deliver us to the Grande Plaza. I felt this was service of the most excellent level. Do think it would be better if parking lot location identified via a pin or some more efficient manner. The breakfast offered was typical Italian and certainly generous and served so promptly. As it was a rather blustery night, it was nice to walk down the back steps of the hotel and find 2 restaurants within 10 feet of the door.

Cons:

The double room had a timer on the heat; and, unfortunately, in my case, I need cold to sleep; so it was a bit of a problem; most especially as there was no option for opening a window. There was a ceiling fan but not particularly helpful. I am just overly sensitive to warm temperature in a hotel room, so this is a personal preference.

Unique hotel
Pros:

The hotel is unique. The owners were very attentive and the breakfast was great! The location is perfect, close to the garage. Montepulciano is a very nice city. I hope to come back soon. It’s not a fancy place but you feel like family.

La situación excepcional en el centro de Montepulciano y la amabilidad de su gerente. Tenemos que resaltar como nos resolvió nuestro problema con la la llegada al parking recomendado para nuestra estancia en el hotel.

Cons:

No encontramos pegas. Quizás podríamos sugerir que se incluyese un diagrama de los aparcamientos número 6, para no cometer errores como los nuestros.

A casa di Roberto
Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione, comodità di parcheggio in pieno centro storico. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti di qualità. Stanze grandi, attrezzate di tutto e pulitissime. Ma sicuramente il punto forte del soggiorno in questo Albergo è la straordinaria accoglienza di Roberto, che insieme a sua moglie ti fa sentire davvero a casa; grazie ai suoi consigli è possibile vivere un meraviglioso soggiorno nella meravigliosa Montepulciano. Soggiornate da lui e resterete sicuramente soddisfatti.

Pros:

El trato del propietario, totalmente comprometido con su negocio. Muy familiar, buscando apoyar y solucionar los problemas. El tema del parking excelente, me permitió estacionar frente al hotel advirtiendo y aconsejando respecto al horario ZTL.
La recomendación en el restaurante es lo único que falló, aunque comimos muy rico, eso sí.

Cons:

El baño muy estrecho.
