Great place with an amazing host !
Pros:

The property was fantastic, clean, comfortable

Roberto was an outstanding host, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. He gave great local recommendations, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Pros:

El trato del propietario, totalmente comprometido con su negocio. Muy familiar, buscando apoyar y solucionar los problemas. El tema del parking excelente, me permitió estacionar frente al hotel advirtiendo y aconsejando respecto al horario ZTL.
La recomendación en el restaurante es lo único que falló, aunque comimos muy rico, eso sí.

Cons:

El baño muy estrecho.

Amazing stay at La Terrazza Montipulciano! Highly recommend
Pros:

Amazing location, charming rooms, reasonable cost and lovely hosts! Room was clean and had an old school charm. Owners were super nice and always available to give guidance for good restaurants, sites to see etc.

Had a wonderful time in a special place.
Pros:

The location is awesome - middle of old city. The hosting couple is wonderful. Be aware that you have to carry your luggage uphill quite a bit - repack a small overnight bag and leave suitcase in car. Awesome breakfast. A great place to explore the region for a day

Cons:

No air condition in room in a heatwave. Fan helped so we slept OK but be aware.

Pros:

Fantastiskt område!! Väldigt trevlig personal på restauranger och affärer.

Cons:

Dålig information om parkeringen till hotellet.
Svårt att förstå att man inte fick åka in i stadens kärna.

Cons:

Los colchones de las camas un poco duras desayuno bueno. Muy bien atendidos. Ubicacion buena. Llegada no muy clara para nosotros.

Roberto and Victoria were the best hosts we've had on all our travels. Roberto's passion for was he does is extraordinary. He genuinely loves people and will do just about anything to make your stay memorable. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit. Pros:

Camera ampia e pulita, posizione centralissima, parcheggio riservato nelle immediate vicinanze, il proprietario Roberto un vero "istrione", simpaticissimo e disponibile.

Cons:

Niente di particolare......giusto le scale un po' ripide (ma trattasi di palazzina d'epoca) e la colazione che dovrebbe essere leggermente più varia.
