Over priced, poor facilities.
The location was good, room comfortable.
Our stay was from a Friday to Tuesday. There was never any staff at all in attendance. There was no breakfast, despite 2-3 tables and a small basic kitchen in the lobby. Lobby is up a flight of stairs, and our room was up another flight. No elevator. Elderly people would find this a challenge.

The room have mosquito but don't know where they from.
Excellent property but who I have to give credit to is the receptionist Eduina who waited for me until I got to the hotel from train station. She was welcoming and gave me excellent recommendations on dining options around the hotel. As the initial face and representative of the hotel she demonstrated the high quality and excellent standards of Relais II Cestello. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Firenze. Thank you, Eduina!

O atendimento é incrível, o local é limpo e seguro, fica muito perto do centro e fiz tudo a pé!!
L'hôte Eduina est très gentille et accueillante, et parle très bien anglais. La chambre est propre et grande, le lit confortable. L'emplacement, proche des bus et tram, est très pratique pour se rendre au centre historique de la ville (facilement accessible à pieds aussi) et a l'avantage d'être bien plus calme !
