Wenn ich noch einmal nach Florenz komme, möchte ich wieder hier übernachten
Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar. 3 Minuten zum Duomo, 5 Minuten zur Accademia, tausende Einkaufs- und Speisemöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe, und trotzdem im Zimmer herrlich ruhig. Taro, der Manager, ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und informativ, immer zu erreichen und gerne bereit, Tipps zu geben wenn es um Essen und Trinken in Florenz geht. Das alte Haus hat Charakter und die Zimmer sind stilvoll und bequem eingerichtet. Tolle dicke weiche Handtücher :)

Cons:

Es war eigentlich alles perfekt - nur der Kühlschrank im Zimmer brummte nachts recht laut.

Pros:

the location is super - in the center, next street to Piazza del Duomo. the rooms were clean. kitchen is inside - teapot, many cups and plates. bathroom was also clean.

Cons:

the room is too old, even with cracks on the wall - the serious renovation is required. the curtains were dirty. the 2nd floor's ceiling was too low so we had to lower our head to avoid getting hit.

I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Great location, good communication with the rental agency, easy to get into when I arrived as I was met at the door.
The apartment was comfortable with plenty of room.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

とてもいい滞在になりました！
Pros:

・ドゥオーモまですぐ行ける好立地。(スーパーも近くに幾つかあって便利)
・部屋が広くて天井が高いお部屋でとてもくつろげた。
・紅茶セットがあったので茶葉を買ってきてティータイムができて良かった。
・地下にある洗濯機を借りれて洗濯できたのが便利でした。
・オーナーさんがこちらのささいな質問(おすすめのご飯やさん等)にも丁寧に答えてくれて親切で沢山貴重な経験ができた。

Cons:

今回は2階で荷物も重くなかったの
で不便さはなかったけどエレベーターがなかったのでスーツケースが重いと降ろす時に少し不便かなと感じた。

Muy buena ubicación, anfitrión muy amable, nos dio muy buenas indicaciones/referencias. Muy buena ducha y calefacción (era invierno).

Cons:

Faltaba un poco de limpieza más a fondo (control en utensilios de cocina, alguna funda de sillón).

旅行というよりイタリア生活気分を味わえて楽しかった！
Pros:

まずオーナーのTAROさんが日本語が堪能なので安心できたし、とても親切な方です。チェックアウト時間も融通を利かせてくださり、駅までのタクシーの手配もしていただきました。部屋はメゾネットタイプだったので家族3人で十分な広さがあり、とても過ごしやすかったです。キッチンに一通りの調理器具やお皿、カトラリーもあるので、TAROさんに教えていただいたスーパーで食材を買ってお部屋でゆっくり食事ができました。立地がとても良いので、観光や買い物の途中で一旦部屋に戻ることができて便利です。Firenzeに連泊をするならホテルよりこちらがおすすめです。又ぜひ利用したいと思います。

シャワーヘッドが安定しなかったですが、大きな問題ではありませんでした。

Fantastique
Pros:

Propriétaire vraiment adorable, solaire et à notre écoute. Studio très bien situé au cœur de la ville, plein de charme, climatisé et ça c'est un bonheur quand il fait très très chaud à l'extérieur.
Notre premier séjour à Florence, ville exceptionnelle, restera inoubliable. Merci Taro !

Lokalizacja fantastyczna, obiekt bardzo blisko katedry Duomo i wszelkich innych turystycznych atrakcji, apartament wygodny, czysty, często sprzątany, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne, gospodarz Toro bardzo pomocny, wszystko dokładnie objaśnił, polecił ciekawe kulinarnie miejsca, kontakt z Toro bardzo dobry.

Une escapade au top dans une ville charmante et une résidence parfaite tant en terme de situation, que de confort !

Pros:

From the reception to the location everything was perfect ,clean ,no noise and confortable all the attractions are within 15 to 20 mn of walk some as close as 3 mn .
