Pros:

I like the quiet atmosphere.

Cons:

The AC turns off when I turn it on. This seemed like a problem to me. Even though the temperature wasn't right, it would still turn off.

Affordable and comfortable

Enjoyable short stay
Pros:

Handy to train station and bus stop outside front door. Basic but clean and comfortable. Luckily we had ground floor apartment and felt private and secure. Air con was needed and worked well. Easy check in process.

Мені сподобалось розташуваня готелю коло станції тому я його обрала.

Я без проблем зайшла як було в листі. Коли я приїхала мене ніхто не зустрів, ресепція була зачинена. Лист з моїм імʼям і ключами як обіцялось в листі мене не чекав, з номером моєї кімнати. На телефон, який був зазначений в листі ніхто не відповідав. Було жарко. Діти шуміли. Я 20 хвилин дзвонила і прочекала з 2 дітьми інвалідами та сестрою, але ніхто до нас так і не прийшов. На вулиці нас чекав таксист. Після готелю в нас була запланована екскурсія. Я була просто шокована. Ми не могли лишити валізу, і не могли заселитися. І нам не лишалось нічого іншого як просто піти в інший готель з дітьми. Був вечір. І ми хотіли погуляти містом. Моя сестра заброньювала інший готель і ми змушені були поїхати. Зі мною потім звязались але я пояснила ситуацію, що я живу вже в іншому готелі. Та не буду в них жити. І знімаю свою бронь. І скинула скіріни дзвінків і переписок. Я говорила з 2 менеджерами. Але більший шок їхнє не розуміня своєї помилки. А потім вимаганя грошей за проживання.

Hotel perfetto per un week end a Firenze
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La stanza, pur essendo al piano terra vicino alla reception era confortevole. Aria condizionata perfetta, anche se tenuta accesa durante la notte come ventilazione, non era per niente rumorosa. Il bagno era piccino, ma fornito di tutto. Giuliana alla reception è stata molto gentile, ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su Firenze e ci ha consigliato un ristorante vicino alla struttura. Davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Forse metterei almeno un paio di bottiglie d'acqua nel frigobar, ma per il resto non ho trovato nulla di negativo.

Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i punti di interesse

Cons:

Siamo arrivati in mattinata, nell’orario previsto( pianificato in precedenza con il personale dello staff tramite messaggi whatsapp). Una volta entrati in struttura troviamo uno scenario imbarazzante: nessun addetto alla reception, una baraonda di lenzuola sporche, teli bagno sporchi buttati ovunque e nessun contatto di riferimento che rispondesse al telefono. Dopo svariati tentativi ( del tutto vani) di contatto telefonico decido di salir fin su per le scale e mi imbatto nella cameriera che molto gentilmente ci ha accolto, seppur nel dubbio di quale la stanza a noi destinata. Tralascio ulteriori scabrosi dettagli e mi sento di consigliarlo soltanto nel caso in cui necessitiate di un appoggio per una notte, in caso di permanenza più lunga lo eviterei. Si trova dí meglio a prezzi decisamente più ragionevoli.
