In the morning of the check out, we woke up with a banging on the door. The receptionist woman woke us up at 10 am. And they didn't say anything about the check out time the day beforehand. We wanted a half and hour to prepare our bags but she didn't give us any time and threatened us with extra pay. She was a little rude to us unfortunately.

A localização é ótima, muito perto da estação de metrô. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos, o quarto era ótimo, cama confortável, limpo e organizado.
