Relaxing, welcoming and highly recommended
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rate Relais Villa La Cappella. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and felt taken care of throughout our entire stay. The pool and gardens are lovely and the view is spectacular. Every day breakfast was slightly different with many options and delicious. A big thank you to Paola and Anthony for their hospitality.

Pros:

Our family of 13 people stayed here prior to our wedding in Tuscany, it was amazing! The owners were exceedingly friendly and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants nearby and helped organise bookings. The grounds and pool were absolutely amazing and they kindly catered for us one evening with a large group dinner. We loved our stay!!

Exactly what we needed and more than we expected!
Pros:

The hospitality of the hosts makes is a home away from home! The view and atmosphere of the house is superb. I loved that you are in a beautiful area of Toscany but without the volume of tourists.

Cons:

We loved to be remote - but if you want to go out and see places - it is best to arrive with car.

Relaxing beautiful villa with warm, friendly hosts and breathtaking views and pool.
Pros:

The hosts were very personable and friendly. We LOVED The pool, so refreshing after a long day with gorgeous views. We loved having so much space in the apartment and our own little patio. The self serve bar was greatly appreciated. Location to florence was just 30 minutes, super helpful for a daytrip. All of their recommendations were spot on. We LOVED our Truffle hunt and eBike Sunset tour.

Cons:

This is our 2nd trip to Tuscany, now with our kids, our first trip was our honeymoon so it's hard to compare. We loved many things about the villa, the only feedback would be that it would be nice to have some more food options outside of breakfast and the location is gorgeous but you can not really walk or explore without a car as the road is quite busy. But this is very common in Tuscany.

Pool was lovely and a nice breakfast. Really beautiful spot in Tuscany. Big private room.

Cons:

Not really small child friendly seems more of a couples escape. Really loud air con and shower would flood bathroom.

Exceptional people are what make this stay magical.
Pros:

I have traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe and this place was simply out of a fairy tale. The hosts, Anthony and Paula are extraordinary people. After 2 days, my family wanted to adopt them as family. They made our trip, a trip of a lifetime. The breakfast was incredible. The rooms were comfortable and AC great for the hot summer. The pool was refreshing and seeing the sunset made you feel like you were watching something mystical. It is a magical place and the hosts made the greatest impact.

Cons:

Pure perfection- would not change a thing.
