Pros:

Der überaus freundliche Empfang und die Hilfsbereitschaft waren außerordentlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gepflegt und ruhig. Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Und das Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell und außergewöhnlich.

Overnight on the Francigena it was good but a bit expensive
Pros:

I was satisfied with my room, it was clean and quiet. So glad for the aircon in this heat. Breakfast was great, enough of everything and nice cuppacino.

No wi fi and the fridge in the room bot working

Ik had een rustig gelegen kamer gevraagd en ik kreeg de drukst gelegen kamer aan de voorkant. Verders stond de prijs niet in verhouding tot dit hele kleine kamertje.

Too expensive for room/services provided

Location was very central to food & services

Cons:

The shower had only a shower curtain with a flimsy curtain rod that was barely hanging on. The curtain was way too long and water collected at the bottom causing it to spill over the shower tray. The staff on board at check in stated our bags were in the room but they weren’t, we had to collect them and haul them to our second floor room across from check-in.
