Un castello che ti fa vivere l’emozione di essere nella storia. Spazi dedicati molto belli, stanze autentiche, sale colazione stupende, SPA dedicata con ambientazioni da castellani moderni.

Cons:

Per pranzo o cena ti devi accontentare di un ristorante pizzeria non molto adeguato. Pizza alla sera buonissima, non altrettanto il ristorante. Location non raffinata.

Lage gut, fantastischer Blick über das gesamte Tal.

Cons:

Personal arrogant. Man hat als Kunde nicht das Gefühl, dass man bedient werden möchte.
Werbung als Wellnesshotel:
Für die Benutzung des Swimmingpools und der Wellnessabteilung wird als Haus Gast Minimum 40 € pro Person für 3,5 Stunden verlangt. Das Geld muss bezahlt werden, ohne sich vorher ansehen zu können, was man für sein Geld bekommt. Das Restaurant im Haus ist unterdurchschnittlich im Verhältnis zum Werbeangebote der Immobilie und des Gesamthotels. Bei Kaffee und Kuchen wurde für vier Personen lediglich eine Serviette auf dem Tisch gelegt, der Salat beim Abendessen enthielt Maden, ohne dass das Personal darauf reagiert hat. (ich erwarte selbstständigen Austausch und Entschuldigung als Selbstverständlichkeit).
Die Sprachkompetenz des Personals auch für mindestens Englisch war unterdurchschnittlich selten verbreitet in einem italienischen Luxushotel.
Beim Frühstück wurde der Wunsch, nach einem Spiegelei mit der Bemerkung kommentiert, dass dies aufpreispflichtig sei.

Il castello è veramente affascinante, tutto super ordinato e pulito, camera calda e accogliente e lo staff super disponibile. Ho fatto anche la Spa e come esperienza di Castelbrando oltre al soggiornare è un esperienza da fare. Tutto molto bello

L'hotel è stupendo, ben tenuto e curato. Lo staff impeccabile in ogni situazione e la camera silenziosa con letto comodo. Abbiamo usufruito anche della SPA e del ristorante e siamo rimasti molto contenti anche di questi servizi aggiuntivi. Altamente consigliato
