Pros:

Cicho, ładnie położony, sympatyczny personel. Warto mieć samochód, bo prom już nie pływa. Autobusem do centrum jest koło godziny, taksówką na lotnisko ok. 20 minut.

Freundliche Bedienung beim frühstück.

Cons:

Der Safe war wiederholt defekt. Klimaanlage ohne Funktion. Kein Rauchmelder im Zimmer.

Betten waren gut und Zimmer sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig, extremer Grasgeruch auf dem Flur der bis ins Zimmer zog. Das Bad war sehr veraltet.

SCHRECKLICH - dieses Hotel ist kein Gastgeber
Pros:

Gute Einrichtung der Empfangshalle

Cons:

Hier handelt es sich um ein derart schlecht geführtes Hotel, welches den Gast nicht als Gast ansieht, sondern als Last!
Auch ist das Hotel nicht mehr mit 4 Sternen ausgewiesen, da es aus der DEHOGA ausgetreten ist und keine Zertifizierung mehr hat.
Das Personal und dass Management ist einfach unfähig! Das Hotel ist auch nur von 13 bis 23 Uhr mit Personal besetzt, alles andere darf der Gast selbst machen. Die Sauberkeit lässt klar zum Wünschen übrig, siehe Bilder!
Der Manager beklagt sich bei seinen Gästen und das er (der Manager) am Morgen auch aufstehen muss, um eventuell die Sauna anzustellen. Beim einchecken steht der Gast dann schon mal 45 Minuten am Counter, weil die Dame einfach unfähig und vor allem auch noch unfreundlich ist. Eine Begrüßung oder ein welcome wird nicht präferiert, nur das sie ja alleine im Haus ist und daher überlastet. Eine Rechnung wird fehlerhaft erstellt und ist bisher nicht korrigiert!
Es gibt keine Hausdame welche die Reinigung kontrolliert, es gibt nur zwei Reinigungskräfte ohne eine Kontrolle.
Wir reisen viel und haben so etwas noch nicht erlebt, wir können nur raten, nicht buchen!!!!!!

Sehr gut geeignet für kurze Geschäftslaufenthal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist praktisch, es gibt ausrechnen Stellplätze und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Wirklich herausragend war das Frühstück und der Service durch das Personal im Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Rezeption war von morgens bis 13:00 Uhr mittags nicht besetzt, das fand ich befremdlich

Tolles Hotel in charmanter ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Alles. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf den Rhein. Die Autofähre direkt vor dem Hotel war für uns was besonderes. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und chic eingerichtet. Das Frühstück mit dem besonderen Speisesaal sollte man nicht verpassen.

Cons:

Die Sicherheitsleute auf den Fluren haben nicht gestört, aber wir waren trotzdem gewundert, weil wir das noch nicht kannten.
