Pros:

The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to the New Old Town.
Helpful staff at the desk
I stayed there twice and both times the room and bathroom were clean.
It's not a luxury hotel , keep that in mind: beds and bathroom.

Cons:

I would have liked a better breakfast, but with so many places around it's not a must.

Das 3/4 Bett stand an der wand in sehr kleinem Zimmer und ist somit nicht bequem für ein-und Ausstieg

Good service for the money it's worth
Pros:

Clean room in a great location. Hot water and everything that you might need in a room. The linens were of great quality as was the mattrass and the pillows. We were able to leave our things before the check-in.
The rooms were very warm in winter, great heating.
Good product for the money, but you should think if it's worth for you.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell in the room and in the hotel as if it has been smoked in for years.
The reception staff doesn't reply to the messages in a timely manner. They have sent us a message mentioning the possibility of an early check-in for an extra fee and when I've asked through messages if it's available, they've sent the same message in English and haven't actually responded.
When we arrived the reception desk person was surprised that I would even mention such a possibility - well, please check your auto-message. It's right in there, in German and in English.
In the morning the staff don't care if you are sleeping, the cleaning crew is VERY loud and so is their vacuum.
