Pros:

Great staff, very friendly and patient with me, considering I only spoke English. Grateful they spoke both German and English. Close proximity to everything such as food, sights, tours etc. Rooms are clean and has all the essentials. My first room had no curtains and staff kindly gave me a new room. Plenty of options for breakfast and even let me have a coffee to go. Will definitely be booking here the next time I'm in Frankfurt.

Cons:

Air conditioning was on but wasn't really doing anything. The fridge light was on but it wasn't actually working. I bought food as I was told the next day was Corpus Christi, a public holiday and I wasn't sure if the shops would be open,but unfortunately the food had gone bad the next day.

Pros:

Hotel mieści sie zaledwie 400 m od nabrzeża. Fajna lokalizacja.
Bardzo smaczne i obfite śniadanie.

Cons:

Lodowka nie dzialała tzn działało w niej tylko światło 😅
Klimatyzacja w pokoju nie dzialala.
Niestety ulica na której znajduje sie hotel jest bardzo głośna i ruchliwa, więc spanie przy otwartych oknach nie wchodziło w grę. Pokoje bardzo małe ale

The location is great, but amenities are very disappointing
Pros:

The location is convenient.

Cons:

1. I booked 2 twin beds and received 2 twin beds without any space in between, and the beds could not be separated due to both end table mounted to the wall, the beds could not be moved without causing damages.
2. The room was super hot, we tried to turn on the air, it does not seem to have Air conditioner, we had to open all windows and slept in sweat.
3. The shower is very small, its difficult to even turn around for 5'3" 130 lbs me.

Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war kaputt.
Draußen waren 30Grad und kein Ventilator vorhanden.
Die Dichtung in der Dusche ist schwarz- weiß.

A simple Hotel in a good position
Pros:

The position is very useful for visiting the city by foot. Simple and clean.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage.
Zum Römer 2 Min. zu Fuß.
Sehr gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr.
Lebensmittelgeschäft und unzählige Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Personal nett bis unverbindlich.
Frühstück bei der Preislage absolut OK ( Lachs, Würstchen, Rührei, versch. Konfitüren, Käse, Aufschnitt,...).

Cons:

Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig (WC Sitz lose, Waschbecken mit Riss), das ist angeblich auch geplant.
Klimaanlage zeigte keine Wirkung!
Die Hauptstraße vor dem Fenster ist schon laut, aber auch spannend zu beobachten wer und was so vorbeifährt. Für Autoenthusiasten kann das auch ein Erlebnis sein ;-)

Das der Fernseher streaming Dienste hatte.
Das es direkt in der Innenstadt war.
Es war relativ leise.
Es wurde jeden tag neue Tücher gebracht sowie tee/caffee.
Unser Zimmer war 514

Cons:

Das die Hälfte der Lampen im Zimmer nicht funktioniert haben.
Die Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt, dies war vorallem da unser Zimmer auf der Süd Seite war sehr schlecht. Es waren immer zwischen 25-30°C im Zimmer.
Manchmal kamen komische Gerüche aus der Dusche.
Man konnte durch die Wände hören.
