ロケーションは良いが設備が今ひとつ
Pros:

トラム近接のロケーションで便利だが、１回3.４ユーロのため実際は２人で行くには中央駅に行くのはウーバー安く、また大聖堂やレーマー広場、美術館や買い物に行くのは徒歩でトラムは使わなかった。バスタブの部屋にしてもらえ、お湯は問題なく出た。ベッドは広い。フロントも親切に対応してくれた。

Cons:

バスルームがグレー基調で、明かりが洗面台に１灯あるだけでグレーのバス用ビニールカーテンを閉めるととても暗い。部屋にケトルがないためフロントに降りて行かなければならない。必要最低限のアメニティ。防音があまり良くないようで隣の部屋の話し声が夜中にも聞こえてうるさかった。朝食は高いので近くのカフェにした。

Ich wurde trotz frühzeitiger Buchung und Bestätigung der Buchung nachmittags aus dem Hotel in ein nicht adäquates, heruntergekommenes Hotel in einem Rotlicht Milieu abgewiesen, ohne hierfür einen Preisnachlass zu erhalten. Ich wurde auch nicht auf die Lage des Hotels aufmerksam gemacht, obwohl ich allein reiste.

Pros:

A great hotel. Very polite staff, comfortable, very clean rooms. My room was upgraded to higher level free of charge. Perfect breakfast with a lot of variety of food.
