No facility to make tea/coffee in the room
the location is good, central and near the train station. The single room is abit old but spacious.
HORRIBLE services
There were some stairs in front of the reception, and 3 staffs were sitting at the desk (1 old guy, 1 young guy and a girl). There were no other guests at the time, and none of the staff came to help us with the luggages. They simply looked at us struggling the entire time.
The girl staff's English was not good. She handed me 2 forms to fill in for 2 rooms, both with my name already pre-filled. I asked should i write my info for both rooms, she said no. But the form already filled my name, i asked her what should i write then and she didnt seem to understand even tho i tried to explain multiple times. Then the old guy (seems to be the senior) came in and asked me who staying in which room. I said I booked 1 single room and 1 double room for my parents, but he said I only booked 2 single rooms and that I had to pay to upgrade??!?!? I then showed him the confirmation on my Booking app that I clearly booked for 3 people. He didnt double check in the system or anything at all, he just said ok. When I asked why he said it was a misunderstanding with my name?!?!?
Also the girl staff gave me bad attitude for asking all these clarifying questions (the form pre-filled the address in Germany and because im Asian, she asked with a disdain attitude "the country here is Germany, are you from Germany???". I told her the form asked for current address and this is my address, im living in Germany at the moment.
Didnt expect much services from this hotel but at least the very basic customer services and not racist attitude.

Das Frühstück war das Geld nicht wert. Die warmen Speisen waren kalt.Auswahl mäßig und würde nicht nachgefüllt. ☹️☹️
Die Matratzen waren schrecklich, extrem hart und uneben, das Bett super laut. Außerdem gab es einen Duschvorhang was ich im Hotel extrem unhygienisch finde.
