Pros:

Friendly staff and nice rooms. Lovely pool! The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Great with on site parking.

Cons:

The room had no air con and it was boiling hot, it was warmer in the room than any other part of the hotel.

Perfekt für ein Wochenende in Hamburg
Pros:

Eine sehr hübsche Unterkunft mit kostenlosem Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Einfach das Auto dort stehen lassen und mit Bus und Bahn geht es unkompliziert in die City. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett.

Keine Klimaanlage ist , für mich, im Sommer, ein „KO-Kreterium“

Die Lage war für mich perfekt

Cons:

Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse, hatte ich die Klimaanlage im Zimmer als Standard erachtet!
Ich wurde am Abend sehr negativ überrascht, als ich feststellen musste, dass ich mich geirrt habe

Schwimmbad und Ruhezellen haben uns gefallen

Cons:

Erste Begrüßung und der Check-In an der Rezeption war sehr sachlich und unpersönlich. Umständlicher und aufwendiger Anmeldeprozess wurde auf Buchung über booking.com geschoben. Einen Vorteil nicht über booking.com zu buchen konnte einem das Hotel andererseits nicht anbieten. Beim Check-In Prozess fühlte ich mich für Dumm verkauft.
Die Kollegen an der Rezeption danach haben wir dann allerdings sehr freundlich empfunden.
Beim Check-Out wurden wir relativ lange warten gelassen, obwohl wir nur die Zimmerkarten abgeben mussten.
Das Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. WLAN funktionierte nicht. Zimmertelefon auch nicht.
Frühstück dem höchsten Hotelstandard entsprechend zu teuer. Wir nehmen nur ein kleines Frühstück ein, dafür sind 19,50€ zu viel. Optionen gibt es keine.
