Pros:

Ein sehr gutes Frühstück,da blieb kein Wunsch offen. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Servicekraft beim Frühstücksbuffet. Auch an der Rezeption und die Zimmerfeen waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe und der kl. Kaffeeautomat war klasse. Der einzige kl. Nachteil war die Dusche [hoher Einstieg und die Schiebetür war doch etwas eng, da hätten etwas kräftigere Personen ein Problem]. Wir kamen klar.😉Das Hotel liegt schön ruhig und man ist trotzdem schnell an der Außenalster/Binnenalster, Bahnhof usw.! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen allen Mitarbeitern ein herzliches Dankeschön!!!👍😊

A place I did not want to leave. We will be back the breakfast was exceptional and location perfect

Gute Lage, schöner Garten
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zwischen Außenalster und Lange Reihe.
Wunderschöner Garten, Zimmer mit hübscher Gartenterrasse. Sehr ruhig.
Frühstück sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Die Möblierung ist einfach und wirkt billig. Z.B. die kleine Bar ist wenig ansprechend, auch der Frühstücksraum nicht.
Bei gutem Wetter wäre das Frühstück im Garten sehr schön.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gegen halb zehn etwas abgegrast, manches (Tomaten mit Mozzarella zB) inzwischen unappetitlich. Rührei leer.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très confortable et très bien situé, à 1min à pieds du lac, où l'on peut se balader jusqu'aux parcs d'Hambourg.
Café et thé à disposition, et possibilité d'utiliser le sauna, qui est allumé sur demande.
Je recommande fortement !

Cons:

Seul point négatif: le sèche-cheveux qui ne marche pas.

Ein schöner Kurztrip.... Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen!
Für uns war die Lage perfekt : fußläufig vom Bahnhof erreichbar, wenige Schritte zur Alster, eine grosse Auswahl Lokalitäten/ Restaurants
Unser Zimmer war direkt unter dem Dach, ruhig, Badezimmer etwas klein, dafür kleine Aufmerksamkeiten im Zimmer! Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Da gab es nichts wirklich zu beanstanden!
