Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ok. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Dusche war voller schwarzer Schimmelflecken.

Zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort verbracht.
Pros:

Gute Lage, Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr kühl und es war zügig, da die Fenster nicht gut abgedichtet waren.
Der Teppich im Zimmer war an mehreren Stellen fleckig, die Dusch hatte Schimmel und spuren und Rost in den Ecken. Keine Körperlotion vorhanden. Die Handtücher waren gewaschen aber sahen schon sehr gebraucht aus, zogen teilweise Fäden.
Parken kostet 19€, der Weg dorthin etwas umständlich und die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage war sehr eng.
TV Empfang nicht gerade fließend.
Am unschönsten war wie erwähnt der Zustand vom Zimmer. Für den Preis hatten wir schon weit aus bessere auch in Hamburg. Sind von den guten Bewertungen ausgegangen und waren sehr enttäuscht.

Pros:

Ein kleines familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind einfach aber völlig o.k. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles frisch zubereitet. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, nahe der " Langen Zeile, also mittendrin im Kiez von St.Georg. Die Innenstadt ist auch bequem in 20 Min. fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.

Tolle Lage mit Gartenblick und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das freundliche Personal und die ruhige, zentrale Lage mit einem Blick vom Balkon ins Grüne, haben unseren Aufenthalt in Hamburg äußerst angenehm gestaltet. Gutes Frühstück mit Lachs, Rührei, leckerem Milchkaffee (auf Wunsch mit Hafermilch), Säfte, Müsli, Joghurt, etc.
Fahrradverleih direkt gegenüber und gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Es war ein wirklich schöner Kurzurlaub und vieles in dem Hotel hat Charme und einen besonderen Charakter:
Nur für Allergiker wäre vielleicht der Austausch des Teppichs gegen einen allergiearmen Boden vorteilhafter.

Prima uitgangspunt voor bezoek aan Hamburg
Pros:

Prettig hotel, goede bedden, prima ontbijt. Eigen parkeergarage (€ 19 p/d). Prima lokatie bij een leuke drukke winkelstraat met veel uiteenlopende restaurants. Goed beloopbaar naar het oude centrum. Ook goede OV verbindingen
