Man konnte nicht, wie bei booking angegeben, im Hotel das E-Auto aufladen. TV hat nicht funktioniert, auch nicht nachdem reklamiert wurde und auch jemand da war. Nasse Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht.

Gehobenes Hotel zwisch Außenalster und langer Reihe
Pros:

Älteres Haus, modern renoviert. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage im Innenhof und im Untergeschoß eine kleine Gastronomie.
2 Minuten von der "langen Reihe" entfernt.

Das Zimmer

Cons:

Frühstück überhaupt nicht in Ordnung. Das Personal beim Frühstück sehr faul. Es war nicht sauber. Die Tische waren noch unabgeräumt und das Personal hat auf dem Sofa gesessen und miteinander gequatscht. Wir haben sogar gedacht dass sie Hotelgäste waren.Die Tresen waren voller Marmeladen Flecken und dreckiger Lappen war unten den Rührei Warmspeisenbehälter. Auf der Fensterbank wo Gläser und Teekanne standen, waren nichr sauber. Und auch tote Fliegen und Spinnweben. Also überhaupt nicht akzeptabel.
