Shame on you Astor & Aparthotel! 4-sterren onwaardig, komt zelfs niet in de buurt van 3 sterren
Pros:

Locatie is centraal, verder was dit een grote teleurstelling!

Cons:

Onze kamer (aan de achterkant) stonk naar afvoer en sigaretten. Koelkast koelde niet. Kamer was enorm warm. Badkamer was klein, stopcontact werkte niet en douche was vies door schimmel.
Het personeel aan de receptie was onbeschoft en gaf als enige oplossing dat de poetsvrouw met een geurtje in de kamer kwam spuiten. Van deze poetsvrouw hoorden we ook dat de klacht van het stinken bekend was, ze had trouwens al meteen een klein emmertje mee om water in het afvoerputje te gieten. Dit hielp trouwens niet echt.
De andere kamer die we geboekt hadden stonk niet, maar als je langs de straatkant logeert wil dit ook zeggen dat er een hele avond/nacht lawaai is. Ramen moesten echt wel open worden gezet want het was ontzettend warm op de kamers en er is geen airco. Er was wel een ventilator aanwezig.
De volgende oplossing van het hotel was dat we ook gratis mochten annuleren. Wat geen optie was want op een zaterdagmiddag om 16 uur nog 2 kamers krijgen in Keulen is echt onbegonnen werk.
Ontbijtruimte is trouwens de meest ongezellige die ik ooit heb gezien en onze koffiekan die zou men zelfs in de kringloopwinkel niet durven aanbieden.

Mit Klimaanlage bekäme das Hotel die volle Punktzahl.
Pros:

Die sehr gute Lage, bequemes Bett, die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig.
Weil wir am Morgen zum Brunchen eingeladen waren, hatten wir kein Frühstück gebucht, jedoch einen Blick in den Frühstücksraum geworfen. Es sah alles sehr Einkaufs und frühstückende Hotelgäste machten einen zufriedenen Eindruck.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hatte mir, dass die Zimmer im Hotel einer Innenstadt im Hochsommer keine Klimaanlage hatten. Wir hatten 28-29° auch nachts. Bei diesen Temperaturen kann man einfach nicht vernünftig schlafen.

Das Badezimmer war schon echt sehr in die Jahre gekommen , gerade die Dusche (Schimmel in den Ecken/ Dichtungen) und der Abfluss lief nicht gut ab im Waschbecken

Steckdosen funktionierten nicht, duschkopf war seit längerem defekt. Extrem laut auf der Straße bei offenem Fenster. Wir hatten es offen aufgrund der Hitze im 5. Stock. Aufzug geht nur bis zum 4. Stock

Cons:

Ich bin häufiger dort und einige Zimmer sind schon recht abgewohnt. Es wird sich aber um Sauberkeit bemüht.

Für ein Wochenende vollkommen in Ordnung.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und bei der extremen Hitze hatte ich einen Ventilator auf dem Zimmer. Zum Glück!!

Schön, dass das Zimmer zum Hinterhof lag.

Cons:

In der Dusche könnte man mal die Fugen erneuern.
