Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Das freundliche Personal. Der Parkplatz. Die zentrale Lage.
Wir waren auf einer Kostümsitzung in den Satorysälen und konnten diese Veranstaltung bequem fußläufig erreichen.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen großen Fleck auf unserem Bettlaken und haben das erst am nächsten Tag beim Checkout und später via Nachricht beanstandet, weil wir in der Nacht erst spät angekommen sind und müde waren. Wir wurden nur darauf hingewiesen, dass wir das direkt hätten sagen müssen.

Cons:

Fernseher war kaputt und das Hotel wollte es nich reparieren. Keine Klimaanlage bei 40 grad im Zimmer, man könnte kaum schlafen.

Habitación y cama cómoda, con ventilador y TV.

Cons:

El hotel esta un poco alejado de la estación central y de la catedral. La habitación tiene mucho ruido si dejas las ventanas abiertas. Cuando llegamos no tenían la habitación preparada.

Pros:

Obwohl das Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war das Zimmer sehr sauber, die Lage sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben.
