Eigentlich nichts außer der Lage.

Mir wurde ein schönes Zimmer aversiert und bekommen habe ich das Beschriebene: Nämlich das Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit schmutzigem, unansehnlichem Treppenhaus und anderen Mietern im Haus, Zimmer mit alten Möbeln (bis auf das Bett) ausgestattet, staubige Gardinen, Fernseher nicht zeitgemäß und sehr klein, alles etwas schmuddelig...dadurch unwohles Gefühl.
Weg zur Rezeption nur über Platz draußen und einmal um das Gebäude herum.
Also kurzum: ALLES war Mist vor allem bei dem stolzen Preis von 132€!
Da fühlt man sich betrogen.

Cons:

Ab hour after check out I was chargrd twice more for the room on my credit card. I returned to the check out and they resolved it there and then which was great. I asked how it happened and it turns out they have implemented an AI check out tool which is clearly not fully bedded in.

Die schlechteste Reiseerfahrung, die ich je hatte, war in diesem Hotel. Keine gute Erfahrung mit dem Hotel Boutique 003 Köln. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption verlangte zusätzliche Zahlungen über den in der Booking.com-Buchung angegebenen Preis hinaus. Außerdem war er im Umgang mit Anfragen und Vorgängen über Booking.com nicht kooperativ und zeigte keinerlei Bereitschaft zu helfen, obwohl die Anfrage über das offizielle System der Plattform gestellt wurde. Darüber hinaus war sein Verhalten sehr provokant und unprofessionell. Zusätzlich ließ auch die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Daher kann ich dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

Great place to stay in central cologne.
Pros:

Nice friendly staff, very helpful with restaurants, travel etc.
Very good continental breakfast, with coffee, hot chocolate etc
Nice comfortable bed, reasonable size room for central location.
Location is excellent for train station, cathedral and other sights

Das einzige positive war die super Lage. Direkt am Bahnhof, relativ sichere Straßen, auch für Frauen in der Dunkelheit.
Glockengeläut vom Dom.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war extrem runtergekommen und schmutzig, stank nach Abfluss. Tresor hat nicht funktioniert.
Konnte dann wechseln nach Beschwerde, war dann laut, da gegen Hinterhof und immer noch schmutzig. Aber es stank nicht mehr so stark.. Personal hat dich nicht entschuldigt, hat nicht nachgefragt beim Check Out wie der Aufenthalt war.

Het ontbijt viel voor de prijs die we ervoor moesten betalen tegen. In de ruimte (badkamer) werkte de afzuiging niet. De radiator (verwarming) in de slaapkamer was stuk en kon niet afgesloten worden. Het was erg heet in de slaaplamer. Wel lekkere bedden en rustige locatie midden in het centrum.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, justo al lado de la catedral. Además, la recepción está abierta toda la noche. La habitación es sencilla, con lo necesario para pasar unas noche.

Cons:

La moqueta estaba muy sucia, en las escaleras y pasillo estaba en muy mal estado... El desayuno era demasiado simple y con poca variedad. Deberían mejorar la iluminación de la habitación, ya que m apenas se veía bien.

Average stay, with a shocking checkout experience.
Pros:

It is close to the city centre and the main train station.

Cons:

The receptionist at checkout on the 5th March morning was rude, unwelcoming and even threatening. This behaviour in the service sector is unbelievable. I don't understand how could a business survive by employing completely unsuitable people in a crucial position as a receptionist. I don't recommend this hotel at all. You feel like you stepped back to the uncivilised medieval times. Shocking, truly shocking!
