Servizi inesistenti, ascensore piccolo, lunga attesa per il chechk-in nonostante avessi organizzato un early check-in con mesi di anticipo. Ma la cosa più grave è che ancora non ho ricevuto la fattura dalla struttura nonostante i numerosi sollecini!

Zimmer haben die Größe eines Schuhkartons.
Stornierung durch Fehler in der Booking des zuviel gebuchten Zimmer. Weder durch Booking noch durch Hotel erfolgt. Kunde bleibt auf den Kosten sitzen. Rückmeldung nicht erfolgt. Hotel telefonisch Über 2 Tage nicht erreichbar. Zustand der Einrichtung renovierungsbedürftig.Nie wieder. Niemals mehr über Booking.com buchen

It wasn’t perfect but it was comfortable regardless of the inconvenience of no elevator, we more than likely would have

The location was amazing at first we assumed it was a bad place because of having to leave the main building to go to another but we were super happy with our room.

Cons:

No elevator we were on the 4th floor with a toddler and a stroller

Bra läge, några få minuter från tågstationen.

Cons:

Reste själv med tungt bagage och behövde gå upp och ner för fyra våningar för att få med allt, då det inte fanns hiss. Dagen efter funkade inte nyckeln att komma in med i huvudbyggnaden. Fönsterna lät väldigt mycket när det blåste. Städningen var sådär, till exempel var papperskorgen inte tömd.

Nit for family's or couples .
Pros:

The location is great when traveling by train .the staff did try to help , but are obviously left to deal with far to much on their own .the bed was ok and clean .

Cons:

A down side to the location is noise . The rooms have no air-conditioning so windows had to be open . Terrible noise all day and night . Front door never locked so down and outs would wonder in at night . Rooms were booked for a couple but then frends turn up and you find many sleeping out your door all night . We had 4 rooms and all experienced this on their landings .rooms had tvs that dident work , no fridges or tea making . I would only recommend this hotel for a group of lads .

Prima verblijf voor een goede prijs. Hotel is goed gelegen.
Pros:

Fijne douche, fijn bed, stille en schone kamer. Locatie middenin de stad was perfect.

Cons:

De gang hal stond altijd vol met lakens en rolcontainers waardoor je er niet makkelijk door kon.

Centraal gelegen

Cons:

Kamer was erg klein, föhn was slecht, kluis werkt niet, er hing maar 1 kledinghanger, airco was er niet, wel een ventilator. Was ook nodig want de kamer was erg warm. Hotel was net overgenomen door een nieuwe eigenaar die de oudere reserveringen niet had overgenomen wat bij de receptie voor veel rumoer zorgde. Klagende mensen, dus geen lekkere bijeenkomst. Personeel bleef vriendelijk en rustig.

A localização é soberba e faz-se tudo muito bem a pé. O quarto é pequeno mas suficiente. Está mesmo ao lado da estação de comboio e da catedral.

Cons:

Apesar da localização ser soberba, está num sítio cheio de mendigos de noite. O que chateia um pouco. A cama e almofada não sao muito confortaveis.

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Leider können wir dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Bereits bei der Ankunft machte das Hotel einen sehr ungepflegten und heruntergekommenen Eindruck.

Die Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Sowohl im Bett als auch im Badezimmer fanden wir deutliche Verschmutzungen. An den Wänden im Bad befanden sich noch zahlreiche Haare von vorherigen Gästen. Auch das Zimmer selbst war in einem eher schlechten Zustand: An den Wänden waren zahlreiche Macken und Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen. Besonders unangenehm war der Duschvorhang, der am unteren Ende stark verschmutzt und offensichtlich verschimmelt war.

Auch die allgemeinen Bereiche des Hotels machten keinen besseren Eindruck. Der Teppichboden auf den Fluren war stark verschmutzt. Die Flure sind zudem sehr eng und durch herumstehende Wäschecontainer teilweise zusätzlich zugestellt – gerade mit einem Koffer ist das äußerst unpraktisch. Der Aufzug ist ebenfalls sehr klein, grundsätzlich aber noch in Ordnung.

Ein Erlebnis bei unserer nächtlichen Anreise hat den Gesamteindruck leider zusätzlich bestätigt: Die Rezeptionistin war hinter der Rezeption eingeschlafen. Auf unsere Ankunft reagierte sie sinngemäß mit den Worten: „Oh, jetzt haben Sie mich wach gemacht.“ Ein wirklich ungewöhnlicher und wenig professioneller Empfang.

Der einzige wirkliche Pluspunkt des Hotels ist aus unserer Sicht die Lage.

Natürlich war das Hotel vergleichsweise günstig, allerdings ist selbst der günstige Preis für uns keine Rechtfertigung für den Zustand und die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht.
