Alright for one night
Pros:

Friendly staff, excellent location, cleanliness of room itself was ok (bathroom see below)

Cons:

Room was incredibly hot when I arrived, hardly managed to cool it down a bit over night, mattress far too soft, bathroom smelled a little funky, shower has limescale stains and damage as well as small areas of mold, window could use a cleaning

Nicht für Firmenreisen zu empfehlen!
Cons:

Seit mehreren Wochen versuche ich von diesem Hotel eine Rechnung für den Aufenthalt zu bekommen ... ohne Erfolg. Es geht niemand ans Telefon. Auch die übergeordnete Hotelgruppe kann erstaunlicherweise nicht helfen. Ebenso wenig booking.com. Für Firmenreisen nicht zu empfehlen und eine absolute Frechheit!

perfekt für einen Städtetrip

-alles um das Dom-Zentrum gut zu Fuss zu erreichen

Von dem, was ich gesehen habe, hat mir gar nichts gefallen. Um 1500Uhr konnte ich ins Zimmer, da ich einen Termin um 1630h am Heumarkt hatte, war ich schon um 1430h da, der Angestellte kam ins Schwitzen, da er meine Reservierung über Booking nicht gefunden hat. Ich sollte erst mal warten, die Rezeption füllte sich mit Gästen. Ich habe alle diese Gäste abgewartet, ich wurde weiter ignoriert. Als ich mich beschwerte wurde der Angestellte auch noch frech. Man merkte er war nur eine Aushilfe, keine Ahnung von dem, was er da tut. Man sagte mir, das Hotel ist ausgebucht, meine Buchungsbestätigung war nichts wert. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemals empfehlen. Chaos und schlechter bzw. kein Service. Es waren mehrere Events in Köln und es war ein Problem, eine Unterkunft zu finden, was mir doch noch gelang. Die Preisdifferenz will ich erstattet haben.

Besser nur bei kühlen Temperaturen dort übernachten.

Hauptbahnhof ganz nah.
Nachts schön leise.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage.
Zimmerfenster im ersten Stock zum Flachdach des Nachbargebäudes auf dem die Ventilatoren des Gebäudes stehen.
Blick dann auf nächstes mehrstöckiges Haus, die bei geöffnetem Vorhang alle ins Zimmer schauen können.
Putzteam nimmt Pfandflaschen vor Abreise mit.
