Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Spontan eine Nacht zu verlängern wurde möglich gemacht.
Frühstück sehr lecker. Für Veganer gibt es auf Nachfrage Milch-Alternativen für's Müsli.
S-Bahn Station ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und so kommt man schnell nach Köln Messe/Deutz oder nach Köln.

ケルン市内中心部への旅行に最適なホテル
Pros:

ケルンのクリスマスマーケットに行くため市内中心部を避けて利用した。最寄りの駅からケルン中央駅までは15分ほどの乗車で、想像通りよいアクセスだった。スーパーマーケットREWEにも近く、追加の買い物にも不自由はなかった。ホテルは静かで非常に居心地がよかった。駐車場はホテルの予約時に伝えておくと地下駐車場を予約してくれた。

Die Anreise mit der S-Bahn ging super, vom Bahnsteig keine 100m entfernt. Sehr freundliche Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin, ein sehr gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer in der 3.Etage. Sehr schöner Speiseraum mit einem grossartigen Frühstücksbüffet und zuvorkommender und freundlicher Mitarbeiterin. Beim nächsten Köln-Aufenthalt sofort wieder gerne zum UHU

Wonderful 2 week stay.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in this immaculate hotel. Really good breakfast options in the lovely bright breakfast area. Comfy beds and lovely shower room added to our happy stay. Super handy for the train station too. Only thing to be aware of is that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. This might be a German thing - not sure. There is a coffee machine and water dispenser in foyer but access is not possible after 9pm. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel and the helpful staff highly enough.

Great hotel with easy, quick transport to Cologne
Pros:

Located in a nice suburb of Cologne with a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants (including a very fancy restaurant across the road).
Very simple and frequent transport to/from Cologne via the train station which is just 2 mins walk.
The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great. Loads of options including some freshly made 'hot options' like eggs, bacon and sausages.
Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cologne or the surrounding towns.
