Pra dormir, tá ótimo! Mas não no verão...
Pros:

Localização muito boa, dá pra ir à pé de/para estação central. Bem arrumado, tem (quase) tudo que alguém pode querer num quarto de hotel.

Cons:

Não tem ar condicionado. No verão, o quarto é um forno! Também não tem frigobar.
O banheiro é pequeno. O vaso sanitário é pequeno e o formato ruim leva a encostar o genital dentro dele. Café da manhã tipo continental, sem pratos quentes porém bastante variado. Staff se esforça pra atender bem.
No dia do check-out, ao abrir o elevador, me deparei com toalhas e lençóis sujos... provavelmente um lapso da equipe de limpeza porém não deveria ocorrer.

Für reine Übernachtungen ok. Lage top.
Pros:

Die Lage war top. Da ich nur zum Schlafen dort war, kann ich zu weiterem Service etc nichts sagen

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer (ganz oben). Klimagerät wäre hier schon sinnvoll, anstatt eines Ventilators. Habe dann bei offenem Fenster geschlafen, was aber dann aufgrund der Lage natürlich auch recht laut und somit nicht erholsam war.
Silberfische im Bad :-/

Die Lage war super, das Hotel gesamt sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht - auf die 3. Person wurde aber vergessen und somit war kein weiteres Bett gerichtet. Hab dann im Kasten am Gang alles zusammen gesucht und mussten dies selbst machen, da kein Personal mehr im Haus war. Also vom Service her nicht grad toll. Im Sommer generell nicht empfehlenswert - sehr heiß im ganzen Haus. In unserem Badezimmer war die Duschtür zu groß für die eigentlich vorgesehene Öffnung, was die Duschkabine sehr klein gemacht hat - nicht sehr komfortabel.

Schön aber nicht durchdacht

Die Lage ist grandios!

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wir haben für eine Nacht inkl Frühstück 224 Euro gezahlt - das Toilettenpapier war Recycled und 1 lagig (absolutes No-Go) zudem und gerade bei aktueller Wettersituation gab es als Klimakonzept einen kleinen Tischventilator... Das Hotel ist schön und die Zimmer hab ich bisher noch nirgends so "geleckt" vorgefunden - aber ihr müsst aufrüsten, sonst rechtfertigt sich euer Preis nicht und ihr habt langfristig eher über Insolvenz nachzudenken ... Und mein größter Minuspunkt ist: es wird auf booking mit Parkplätzen geworben als "Ausstattung" das Hotel hat nichts, außer einen Zettel mit der Adresse vom DB Parkhaus, welches bei unserer Ankunft gesperrt war weil voll

位置距火车站很近（但需要走近路，从火车站的后门走要近些），房间紧凑，干净，能提供顾客需要的帮助，如加个水壶、把食品放进酒店餐厅的冰箱冷藏等。

Cons:

房间没有空调、冰箱、水壶，房间太小，连电扇都难得有位置放。

Breakfast is ok, photos a bit misleading, room is very small and warm, reception is unorganized

Location is good, quite central, very close to the train station

Cons:

First of all I requested a check in at 11am which the hotel replied with "ok". Upon arriving at almost 12:00 there I was not allowed to check in as I was told someone was still in the room (even though they state 12:00 is their checkout time!).

When I asked what the check out time was for them, the receptionist wouldn't tell me, and they told me to stroll around with no guarantee of when it'd be available, however I had something important at 3pm (and bear in mind it was 40 C outside, so after a long flight I really needed to check in).

The receptionist kindly let me have the key for when I come back, but they wanted me to write my Credit card on a piece of paper as an insurance (which is very insecure, thus I did not).

I came back at 2:30 p.m. and it was still not ready. I had to wait a bit and told the receptionist that I had something important. After 15 minutes or so it was finally ready.

The room was clean and tidy, but it's definitely not what I expected. The photos don't show but the room is very small and super warm. There's a very small fan which is definitely not enough for the hot summer in Germany. I really don't recommend coming here during summer.

The towels were nice and clean, but the toilet paper was super cheap and the same goes for the body wash

They also provided some Sparkling water and to my surprise no still water ! There were also no plastic bags I had to ask around. They don't provide room service unless explicitly asked for.

The breakfast is alright, nothing extraordinary but good enough.
