The hotel is near bus stops.
I was traveling during the European heatwave, and the hotel had no air conditioning. Even worse, they didn't provide us with a fan until the third night of our four-night stay. It's baffling that the hotel wasn't better prepared, especially since this wasn't the first heatwave Europe has experienced. I'm sure other guests had raised this issue before.
To make things worse, my friend and I were bitten by some fleas or bed bugs during our stay. On the second day, we reported the issue to the staff and even showed them photos of the bugs we found on the bed after waking up. They checked the room and said they couldn't find anything and suggested we might be having an allergic reaction. Yeah, we're allergic to the unclean bed and carpet.
We complained about the bites every single day, but we weren't moved to another room until we specifically requested it on the third day. We would've moved to another hotel but there's some conference going on in the city, so all the hotels were basically fully booked.
This trip will certainly be memorable because the bug bites are visible in many of our vacation photos, and they're still incredibly itchy as I'm writing this review. I'd have included the photos of the bites on our body but I think they would be to disturbing. I even find it horrific to look at the bite marks on my body :'-(

Tha fact that there was no bottled drinking water, no kettle for boiling water atleast these are bare minimum

The hotel is well connected to public transport
Really small room. No ventilation (especially bad as this was an extremely hot week). TV is there but remote is not working. The room has no cupboard or safe. Beds are old. No drinking water in the room. Spaeti around the corner sells water and snacks at 11% of hotel cost....You need to jump over the bed to get to the balcony. Balcony chairs are dirty and cracked. Bathroom shower has a dirty curtain. The trap smells, shower head is hanging on a string and the taps are stuck. Smoking staff are standing at the door of the reception - whole place smells!
